Jane was quick to respond but was also a friendly host and generous with the extras she provided and lovely touches - no less than 4 small vases of fresh flowers and some goodies unexpectedly on arrival. Attentive without overdoing things. Personally I was happy to see the dog and he was carefully controlled. No garden but a courtyard to sit in and easy to walk to nearby lanes really beautifully done up. Perfect for myself and small dog and would be plenty big enough for two.

Jenny was a very helpful and kind host. It is very important to follow the directions that Jenny gives and to read the emails!! The place was in the most beautiful surroundings. The AirBnB was clean and well appointed. Jenny very kindly had left milk, cereal, bread, cheese and eggs along with coffee and tea. The area was very peaceful and a romantic setting. It was booked as a birthday get away for my wife after we have had a very hectic time and the peace, beauty and quietness of the area was most appreciated. We travelled with a dog and there was good space for Reggie to run around in an area that was fenced off. A really lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend.

We only stayed here for the night, but it was exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to find with the instructions provided, set back amongst the countryside with lots of sheep and pheasants nearby. Parking is provided on-site, so it is easy to move luggage (or a dog) from car to property. Check-in was easy and flexible, allowing us to spend our time seeing the sights, rather than rushing to meet a deadline. The beautiful interior includes all the facilities you would need for your stay, and is perfect for a party of 2 on a rural getaway. There is access to a garden, where you’ll hear lots of wildlife and sometimes see a bird or two through the skylights. We were so grateful that we could bring our dog with us, as the local area is plentiful in stunning scenery and fantastic walks. Try Eastnor Deer Park, just 10 minutes away, for several different short or long walks amongst the hills. Eastnor Castle is also dog-friendly, but check their opening times. Great stay, thanks!

We loved our stay in Cider Mill Cottage. It’s nice to find somewhere aimed at couples that has a bit more space, especially as we have two large dogs. The enclosed courtyard was also really handy for the dogs. The cottage itself is really lovely; warm, homely and cosy, and very nicely decorated. The shower is great, the towels nice and fluffy, and the pillows really comfy. Loads of local info and maps are also provided in the cottage. There’s not much within walking distance but Great Malvern is only 15 minutes in the car, along with the famous Malvern hills which are beautiful, and Hanley Swan is a short drive and has a lovely pub.
