Monthly Rentals in Rutledge

I had a wonderful experience staying at this AirBnB. The space was clean, peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for an extended stay. It was also conveniently located near stores and public transportation, which made getting around easy. As a female, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Max was welcoming and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly uring my stay. I highly recommend!

We came back to PA for Christmas and stayed here for 5 days. Added bonus, we had a dusting of snow which made it all the more inviting. We are from this area, and found the location to be central to visit all our relatives. Rose Valley itself is a very cool area, and this apartement, which is part of a storied estate, sat high on a hill in quiet setting. We, and our dog, felt right at home here and enjoyed our stay. Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was a great host. We would definitley come back and stay when in the area.

Jeanette’s place was a great location, close to airport and train. Easy, well lit access to the apartment. Quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Interior was spotless. Well equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Washer/dryer right in the apartment. Comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was light and bright with a large shower. We were fortunate to meet Jeanette as she was coming home as we arrived. Felt like a friend welcoming us. She made sure we knew to reach out if we needed anything, although we never did….everything we needed was in the apartment along with clear instructions. We plan to stay at Jeanette’s the next time we come to PA to visit our family. Thanks Jeanette!
