Vacation rentals in Rutledge

Chantel's place was great. About 20 min from where I needed to go. Very clean. Looked like the picture. The bed was comfortable. The bedrooms were one flight up. The bathroom was very modern, shower was modern. She gave us enough towels and wash clothes and make up remover. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us, a nice touch. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Very easy to find her door and to get in. It was street parking but it was easy to find a spot.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

My group and I stayed here for over two weeks, and it was so easy to feel right at home! The neighborhood was very safe, walkable, and had a couple cute coffee shops just a short walk away. The place was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had ample desk & table space to do work. Laundry in the basement was also very convenient. The kitchen was a great size, and we were able to comfortably cook many meals. Travis & Gabrielle were extremely responsive and proactive hosts - there were some Wi-Fi issues out of their control the final day we were there, but they were very helpful and proactive in addressing the issue! Overall, I would highly recommend this place, and I would stay here again if I'm back in Wilmington!

The place was great, it had everything we needed, was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. For example, when we found out that some other guests had taken the hair dryer they replaced it within a few hours. For us the location was great (close to our relatives) and if you need to be in the Drexel Hill area it is perfect. Not to hard to get into the city but it does take a bit of time if you want to go see any of the sights downtown

Very clean unit. Easy check-in instructions. John was very communicative and answered any question we may have had. Close to a lot, in general walking distance. Strongly recommend & will stay again if I need to be in the South Philly area!

The choice for this apartment made a great trip even better. It was beautiful and very clean. Michael and Liz were amazing hosts, very responsive and welcoming! We had one small issue that they were quick to solve.

The location of this Airbnb is perfect if you are looking to be in the city, but not so crowded and loud like Center City. It is in such a charming and walkable area. The place was nice, clean, and comfortable!

John and Tayla’ were very responsive and understanding with us coming in from out of town. The property was in pristine condition, spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was easy to get to and there are the necessary stores near (grocery, pharmacy, fast food, etc.).
