The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

This home is beautiful. From the moment you walk through the door you know it is special. The lights were dimmed , soft music playing and scented candle lit - this place made you feel right at home. It has everything you need and I cannot recommend enough. The owners think of everything to make your stay so very special.

Its quite place and also very clean area. Everything was perfect and they got everything u need to live there so its a better then the hotels.

Lovely cosy little cottage tucked away in a peaceful village. We really enjoyed our stay. Bed v comfortable and we had everything we needed. Phil was very friendly and welcoming.

Just what I needed: somewhere to stay after a family event, but just too late, tired, dark & windy to drive home. The studio was very clean & tidy. Had a slight problem with the door, Cara responded very quickly with a solution & got it professionally fixed the next day, so no problems. Dedicated parking for the studio & able to re-cycle my rubbish. Will stay again if my family have ano get-together in that area, thank you.

A good sized, beautiful and well presented apartment. The location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a short break or business trip is provided for you. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good base whilst exploring beautiful Derby.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at Brendan’s place. We love the style of it and it is so comfortable and clean. The location was ideal - easy to walk into town and also easy to get to the university on the bus for our son’s graduation. Brendan have very clear check in instructions and we appreciated the parking place. He also answered our questions very promptly. Thanks, Brendan, for another wonderful stay.

We had a great stay, extremely spacious and modern apartment! Location was amazing, couldn’t have been more central so everywhere was walking distance. Phillip was extremely helpful and responsive and arranged an earlier check in for us! Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Nice place, great location, good hosts

Paul and Sarah's place is just as described: cozy and pristine. The hosts went the extra mile, providing washing up liquid and sponge, milk in the fridge, biscuits in the cupboard, small hotel type shampoo and shower gel) plenty of practical and welcoming touches, all very much appreciated. Good quality bedding, perfect for a restful stay. Would recommend.

Fantastic place in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the tram stop or 25 minutes walk into the centre. Had everything we needed and parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again
