Incredibly affordable! Nice studio with everything we needed. Direct train next to London Victoria (ten minutes) with a 10 minute walk to the station. East Croyden was a place within walking distance of everything - we enjoyed it here. Extra plus for clear instructions on directions, check-in and other. We will return!

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

This apartment is superbly located in a lovely town full of charming pubs, cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and restaurants—all just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to pop down the road for delicious coffees to bring back and savour. The apartment itself had great exposed beams, and we found the bathroom and kitchen excellent. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than we expected, with limited storage and slightly compact beds, but the premium location and historic charm of the building made up for it. If you're heading to the beach, we recommend Winchelsea over Camber.

A wonderful stay, definitely would come back again

We stayed here for a short business trip and had a great experience. The house is modern with beautiful decor, free parking and its convenient location made commuting into Central London quick and easy.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view of the sea was very special too, as well as being able to step outside onto the sea front! Amandeep and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with recommendations of the area and everything we needed to know about the apartment. An added bonus, if you’re a keen runner like me, Hastings parkrun was just a 5 minute walk away - 5k along the coast! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over NYE, the Annexe was exactly what we wanted, private, cosy, it had a small well equipped kitchen to prepare snacks, and a lovely fireplace. It was great to receive extra goodies to eat too. A perfect location for a couple of Wintery days. We enjoyed a sparkling wine tasting and brunch at two of the local wineries. Both very recommended. It is also close to Gatwick airport where I had a very early flight and that worked well. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for two weeks in December and both were able to work effectively from the flat during our stay. We used to live in the neighbourhood so were familiar with many of the amenities nearby but it convenient and easy to walk around and close to many good pubs and cafes. It was quiet as it was off the main road. The heating worked very well, it took us a couple days to figure out how to work it properly but it made the flat nice and cosy once we figured it out.

Lovely space to spend a couple of days. Very countryside. June was a warm and helpful Host.

We loved staying here! The location was ideal and everything was perfect. A lovely feel to the place and everything we needed was there. The host was lovely and responsive. We are definitely booking here again when we come down to Brighton again!

we were looking for a last minute booking for during the week, and we're pleqsently surprised when we saw free slots for the property. Chloe was extremely proactive and welcoming. the location was the best I've stayed at in Brighton - right on the beach front and short walking distance to the beach. The apartment had a premium feel, cosy and all the amenities we needed. we decided on one eve to cook a full roast over eating out because we wanted to make the most of the place. the bed extremely comfy, and the shower best I've used at Airbnb. outside patio was cherry on the cake. Couldn't suggest more highly!

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

Davide saved us when our initial reservation with Marriott fell through. The apartment was adorable and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Jo’s flat in Brighton! The Airbnb was super clean, cozy, and felt like home. The decor was lovely, and the flat was exactly as shown in the pictures. We did experience a small issue with the shower, but Jo responded quickly and resolved it right away—her responsiveness and friendliness made all the difference. The location is fantastic, close to everything Brighton has to offer. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Just got back from a lovely, relaxing stay. Joanne is a fabulous host and so welcoming. I could’ve stayed all day chatting with her. We loved how peaceful it was and its location is superb for visiting Royal Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest. Highly recommend Wilderness Wood which is a 2 minute drive down the road. Although chilly outside, we loved sitting out on the roof and listening to the birds singing and the grounds it’s in are lovely. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Had a great stay at the lodge - the listing is exactly as it is in real life and the photos are completely accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and even spent a fair amount of time making a fire for the hot tub to be ready for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful break

We had a lovely stay at Alessandras home. Very clean and lots of added amenities. Safe parking and gate on the complex felt very secure. Nice cosy home and everything we could need was there. Thank you again, I shall come back if I return to London.

Great apartment, lots of space and incredibly peaceful. Also we loved the short walk into Bromley, to coffee shops and restaurants. Bob was a great host and promptly responded to any queries. We very much enjoyed our stay.
