Large property, extremely spacious. 4 very large bedrooms with lovely decor. Beach is within close proximity to the house which makes for a lovely walk/swim. The highlight was the homemade pizzas we made using the wood fired pizza oven in the backyard, which we enjoyed on the deck. Definitely recommend this property!

It was also a lovely surprise to find amenities at the home for our dogs, which made the stay even more special. I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Such a beautiful home, the whole house was perfect for our visit. Very comfy beds, great outdoor area which was beautiful to sit out during the day and night. Well equipped kitchen and amazing shower! Our boys loved the cubby house and all the toys. The kids bedroom was perfect! Narelle was really helpful checking in to see if we needed a portacot and high chair. Our dog felt like a queen in the dog bed! Thanks for having us!

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.

My Family from NSW, QLD, and SA stayed for 5 nights. We had an amazing experience. The atmosphere of the place felts like your own house . Complete amenities, We loved the kitchen which has all the cooking utensils and serving platters. Great location, near to the beach and 5 mins drive from different supermarkets. It is a big place , great for a big family :). Definitely, we're coming back here again. 5/5

We had a wonderful mums/daughters weekend in this spacious house. The extra living room was great for the kids to play or watch a movie while the adults enjoyed some quality time. The kitchen was well set up, enough plates, pans, cutlery etc. The view was amazing en we would definitely recommend this house!
