From the moment you enter this beautiful ecletic home, it encompasses you in a world like no other. Set upon a beautiful property with views, wild life and gorgeous colours. We spent time in each corner and section of the house, embracing the magical, tranquil space. Reading the magazines on the coffee table, speaks of the history of the house and shows it in all its glory through the various seasons. Full glass walls allows for natural light to embrace you and for what seems to be no boundary between inside and outside with the greenry throughout. At night you can watch the sunset and get lost in the stars and observe the sugar gliders and ringtail possoms as they visit. It is truly a labour of love & clearly the life work of the lovely Veronika. Although the host lives nearby in a guest house, you can see the pride and love she has for this retreat. A warm welcome, clear house rules to ensure the stay is comfortable but also to preserve her beautiful home. Perfect place to escape.

Thanks to Julienne, my family has just made a wonderful summer holiday. The property was just as described in the listing, with clean and well-maintained spaces in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The best part was the direct access to the beach. It was so convenient to head out for a swim and then come straight back to the property. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy for us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. The welcome hamper pack was also a nice touch, and our kids really enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay by the beach.

This Airbnb was extremely lovely. The hosts made sure to think of everything you could ever need which made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfy and the couch was perfect, the outdoor shower was lovely when coming home from the beach and the bottle of wine and chips were a nice touch! The interior choices are perfectly designed, everything was nice to look at and I enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom for a quick movie night before bed Location- it was a short 5 minute drive to local shops/cafes/beaches and very central to other locations around the peninsula

Had the most amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb in Queenscliff! From the moment we arrived, Glenys was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was so hands-on, offering fantastic recommendations for local spots and supporting the community in such a genuine way. The space itself was perfect—super cozy and well-designed, making it a true home away from home. The jacuzzi was such a bonus, especially after a day of exploring the area. My friends and I had the best time, and the view of the bay was absolutely mesmerizing—it really made the whole experience unforgettable. The location was perfect too, just a short drive from the town so we could easily enjoy the local vibe while still feeling like we had our own private retreat. We’d absolutely love to come back and explore more of what the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer. Highly recommend!

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Nicole's. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet, relaxing area. Close to a beautiful beach and so good for walks. We would highly recommend the property. Our 2 old greyhounds also loved the beautiful grassed property. Thanks Nicole!

I loved my mini break at Driftwood @ McCrae with two mini schnauzers in tow. Helen was such an accommodating and kind host. She was really thoughtful and made sure the dogs felt at home. They had the run of her huge garden with so many places to explore. The garden is completely secure which gave me peace of mind. My cabin was so comfortable and Helen’s touches were such a welcome inclusion. Delicious muesli, yoghurt and fresh milk provided a generous breakfast each day. I really relaxed during my stay and thoroughly recommend Driftwood @ McCrae.

We had the most amazing week staying in their house. I have a young toddler & also 7.5months pregnant, our biggest requirement for this family holiday was for it to be EASY! They have everything covered from kids toys, a huge book case full of books, portacot & highchair - having the mental load of having to pack half our house to bring eliminated was BEYOND AMAZING!! There's a massive backyard, fully fenced with a sandpit for my toddler to run around & play. Location is fantastic, the house itself is in a really quiet & peaceful spot, but a short easy walk to the main street, shops & the beach - being able to walk everywhere instead of having to battle getting my toddler in & out of the car - fantastic!! Kitchen is really well stocked, there's lots of spare blankets & pillows, and the beds are SO COMFY!!!! Communication was 10/10 - fast, friendly replies & very accommodating to any requests or questions. Check in / check out super easy with clear instructions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Lovely 2 night stay with the kids, especially my 4 year old who loved running around with the dog, swimming in the pool, and seeing and feeding all the animals, one I’m sure we’ll all remember. Great location - 12 min drive from enchanted garden and eagle. Also close by is The Pig & Whistle for a nice lunch and large beer garden with space for kids to run around

Fantastic stay for a quiet relaxing weekend with the family. Communication from host was first rate and extended to the offer of an early check in and late check out without having to ask! This may the stay even more appealing! House is amazing - spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need - comprehensive instructions on how to use everything which refreshingly made total sense and were easy to follow! The photos certainly do not lie! Swimming pool and theatre room were great and well utilised by the children, whilst the adults were able to kick back and relax. Extremely close to the beach, Rye and Blairgowrie shops - nothing was more than a five minute drive. Would highly recommend this accommodation! Rates as one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and would certainly return in a heart beat for another stay!

Wow! This home is so beautiful. It's been beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything you need, no need to bring anything from home. My children loved the pool/spa and tennis court, they had so much fun. Nice walks to the local beach (get some stunning sunset photos there!) Ben was so helpful throughout the stay, always communicating, offering help if required, not that it was, everything was well instructed in the home guide. He also offered us late check out. I can't wait to stay at this house again, we will definitely be back!

Christel's place is exactly as described. It's very clean and has all that you need for a short stay. I would recommend it anytime for a great weekend stay. very close to all amenities and a stone throw from the Rosebud Pier. It's bang for the buck. Would stay again.

Delightful place to stay for a few days and very convenient to our family's home. There was plenty of extras in the pantry and bathroom which was great. The sitting room was beautiful and so relaxing after a busy time during the day. Being such hot weather while we were there the pool was a welcome place to cool off. Great location close to shops and Canadian beach - a quiet family beach, was just down the road.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Mount Martha! As a family of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids), we couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our week. The house was spacious, spotless, and so thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need. We all loved the facilities - the pool, spa, trampoline, table tennis, and pool table and loved having plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. There was room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy some quiet time, which made the stay so enjoyable for all of us. A special shoutout to Tracy, who was an incredible host. She was so responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her attention to detail and quick communication made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. We’d give this home more than five stars if we could—it was perfect for our big family and made our trip so memorable. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.
