Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Rockland

We had a great stay. We were traveling cross country with a trailer behind our truck so needed room to park. Greg's place was perfect. 15 min walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to the supermarket. The house is wonderful. All new and immaculately clean. Greg's communication was fast and clear. If you have a larger family or group or just want room to move and a great kitchen to cook in, this is your place.

This home literally has something for everyone in a multi-generation family gathering! Beautifully decorated and luxuriously comfortable beds for moms. Sports memorabilia, reclining chairs, and a jacuzzi for the dads. First floor bedrooms for grandma who struggles with stairs and couple with newborn who need midnight trips to the kitchen for a bottle feeding. Fun-filled game room in the basement for the older kids to make some noise while the younger kids sleep peacefully upstairs with blackout curtains. It was honestly hard to leave. Lovely first time in Bar Harbor and perfect for our family to spend quality time together!

This place was amazing and just what was needed to escape the craziness of day to day life. My husband and I went for our anniversary and it was the most peaceful time we’ve had in a while. The house was beautiful and having a hot tub that overlooks the beautiful landscape was perfect. We wanted to spend the weekend at the house to relax, but if you need anything the neighborhood market has everything you need which is only a few miles away. We will definitely be back soon.

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

Arian's place was absolutely beautiful. This home was spotless and they thought of everything. There were books for parents to read, games for kids and adults a like to enjoy, the hot tub was meticulously well kept and so relaxing. Arian was also extremely responsive with whatever needs I had, including when I left something at their home. 100% recommend booking here. We will be going back.

This house is beautiful and great size/layout for a group of friends like us! We were in town for the Maine Marathon, and the house was less than a block from the course which was perfect for us. Not a lot to see/do around the house but it’s a nice neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown Portland. The only downside was that there’s one shower, which wasn’t generally an issue but made post-race showers a bit tricky. But all in all we really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again!

Erica’s home was fantastic! It had beautiful views, was very clean and cozy, and everything was simply perfect. If you are visiting Maine definitely book this place. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights. We came for Acadia, it was only an hour drive it really wasn’t far from any of the things we wanted to do and it was out of all the business of bar harbor. Perfection

Meghan’s place was exactly what my friends and I needed for our weekend away. It is very conveniently located near downtown with some things less than a five minute drive away yet it still provided enough of an escape and a great glimpse of the bay as well. The space was very clean and the amenities were well thought through. As some have mentioned, the road noise can be noticeable, but there are fans in the room to drown that out at night. And if you bring earplugs, you’ll be fine. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this charming lakeside cabin! The perfect blend of rustic appeal and modern comforts made it an ideal getaway. While it felt authentically cozy and tucked away, the thoughtful amenities—like reliable Wi-Fi, flatscreen TVs, and an easy-to-use coffee machine—made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. The outdoor hot tub was an absolute hit, especially situated right next to the fire pit—there's nothing quite like soaking under the stars after roasting marshmallows by the campfire. Mornings were just as memorable, sipping coffee from the swinging bench overlooking a truly stunning lake view. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from fun eateries in Bar Harbor and the beautiful trails of Acadia National Park, offering us plenty of opportunities for exploration. The hosts were fantastic, quickly responding to all our questions and making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this spot!

We had a great late October stay for our honeymoon. The cabin was definitely warm enough for the 30 degree temperatures. Hot tub was amazing, that was clean as well. The outdoor kitchen was very convenient, even when it rains the kitchen is still covered. We had an amazing stay, will be visiting again!

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

There is not a corner of this place that I would describe as boring! Everything was perfect and exactly how we imagined. Host was always communicative, helpful, and accommodating through the entirety of our stay. I hope to get the opportunity to come back! 10/10

Misty’s cabin was very cute, cozy, and private. We loved soaking in the hot tub and listening to the frogs and crickets at night! The bed is kind of firm and springy but was doable for a short stay. Would definitely recommend grabbing breakfast at the cafe 1055 across the street, we ended up stopping there twice and it was delicious both times. Misty had great communication during our stay as well!

The house is super cute, very comfortable, clean and is easy to find. We were staying for a family gathering and would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in this area. We will definitely be staying here again.

Cozy home away from home. We enjoyed our time and very much appreciated the generator kicking in when the power went out (horrible wind advisory when we were there)
