Townhome vacation rentals in Rockaway Beach

Happy to find this lovely house during our Oregon Coast trip. Manzanita is one of our favorite spots, and this home made our trip comfy and welcoming. We'd love to come back with relatives!

Hillary’s cottage was perfect! It was such a quaint little area and the cottage was adorable with every amenity one could think of. The colors and beach theme added to the coziness and overall experience!

Great location. The home was comfortable family friendly. Very accommodating. Host was very communicative. Great place to make family memories.

The home was exactly as described and was a great fit for us. The balconies upstairs and on the main level have a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The large table in the living room was great for our family to play games in the evenings! The space is also pet friendly and we all had a great time!

We had a lovely stay at this beach house! It was clean and well stocked with a variety of items. Perfect, cozy, beach weekend away!

I love the place for my daughters family of 3 ! The house is cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. A lots of kids and cookbooks and sand toys plus 4 bicycles ;) I especially love how convenient the location is, so walkable to every where! I wish I have a place like this in town. Thank you so much!!!

Very nice clean place. Some things could use sprucing up to bring them up to the level of the rest of the place. Kitchen stove was broken, ceiling fan didn't work (maybe batteries in remote?), Nice looking electric fireplace wasn't useable.

Great place to stay!! Right on the beach

This place was a great find! For the price range we could pay, I felt that it was hard to find one that had a head-on view of the ocean - a lot of places seemed to have a sideways view with the patios facing north/south. We felt very comfortable in the condo - everything is clean, up-to-date and fairly new. The only thing that we ding is the bed we slept in - we were in the room closest to the ocean and it was way too soft for us. And the one surprise we had is that we didn't realize it was 3 flights of stairs to the top where the kitchen and living room were - this was probably in the description on the Airbnb website, but I missed it and would have probably packed our cooler lighter so it wouldn't be so heavy ;) Other than that, we had great weather and good time checking Rockaway Beach out! I will be saving this place in my files to stay there again :)

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful cozy and detailed home right on the lake with a private dock and hot tub. We loved the bonus movie room and the privacy as well as the closeness to the beach and town! Definitely will be back!! The serene environment is unmatched! We also were able to bring our pup! She sun bathed and enjoyed listening to nature as well! Thank you again!

We spent two nights in the place - it was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. It was big enough for 4 adults to have their space. The Beach was right across the road, and a few bars and restaurants very close by. It was a great base for us to explore the Oregon coast.

Great stay. Really nice community and very close to the beach. Overall great location. The host was great. Didn’t get a code initially for the key but there was a phone number that connected us to a service desk who helped us out. Would definitely stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my rental experience with Evolve and would highly recommend to others. From the accuracy of the photos and descriptions to their communication throughout the process, I appreciated the level of information provided. The townhome in Manzanita was beautifully designed and equipped and I felt at home immediately. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living room provided a cozy space to spend time together.

Lovely setting right on the beach in quiet row of townhouses. Beautiful views out large sliding glass doors. Cozy and comfortable inside.

already planning on our return. very clean townhome and loved the hot tub and proximity to the beach. only downside was all the stairs, but we were fine with it

Had a wonderful stay at this amazing condo. The view can’t be beat! Brent’s place had everything we could want in a vacation home. The kitchen was well appointed and a bowl full of snacks and a bottle of wine was the icing on the cake! The beds were super comfortable. Very close to town and steps from the beach. Lots of little extras like phone/watch chargers on the bedside tables and shampoo/conditioner/lotion in the bathroom. Highly recommended and we are looking forward to coming back soon!

We loved our stay in this townhouse. The place was clean, had tons of extra pillows and blankets, a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, comfortable beds, a hot tub, and a really fun game room. Rockaway beach is small but there are some cute little restaurants and shops (and the best bakery) that are all a super quick, short walk away. And the beach was less than a minute away as well! We would definitely stay at David’s place again. He was communicative and easy to work with.

The house, location and area were wonderful! The only draw back we experienced was the road that it’s located on has so many potholes and there were huge. If we had not had a truck it would have caused damage to a car.

Beautiful home, great places to sit and enjoy the bay, clean, comfy furniture, comfy bed, easy access to bay and even found some steamers for dinner. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing vibe.

The host is a great communicator and the condo was clean and spacious. The place is well furnished and has all the necessities for your trip. It’s a short walk to the beach and corner store which was great for our snack runs. I highly recommended this place!

If this home is available, book it. You won’t be disappointed! We are fairly well traveled, Airbnb hosts. Upon entering Sharla’s we were pleasantly surprised. Beach homes can often feel dated and over used, but this home is not that. Linens feel fresh and new, beds and furnishings top notch and we slept incredibly well. Sharla’s home went above and beyond expectations. She has thought of every detail! We have only applause for this fabulous property. Thank you Sharla. We most certainly will be back!

We had a great stay at Tom’s place. We were two families with 3 toddlers in total and had plenty of space with the two king bedrooms, two levels, and awesome kid room upstairs. The location was right in town and a short enough distance to the beach that our kids could easily walk or be carried there. It was very quiet and safe, and the house was comfortable and well appointed. We wished we could have stayed longer!
