Great location, can see the ocean from the house, perfect place for the two of us and our dog. All the amenities we needed.

Great little place and close to downtown, shopping and the hospital. Washer and dryer available at no additional charge. Very quiet and the apartment had all the amenities needed.

This is a great space with beautiful views of the valley from practically every room. With a bedroom, living room, kitchen, full bath, it has everything you need. I opted to cook most of my meals in this visit and really appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen supplies. They also kindly provided me some basics that I forgot like coffee! 😊 Very nice people. Responsive but not intrusive. The location is also good, very near town with all its amenities and the beach, while also tucked away and private.

Cute and cozy place to stay for a one night stop on our Oregon Coast road trip. The bed and sheets were very comfortable, and much needed after camping for a few nights. The kitchenette was well stocked, and even had some popcorn provided for a snack while watching a movie on the Smart TV. Great place in a quaint coastal town, we would gladly return again!

It’s a cozy place. Living room seemed smaller than I expected but fit our party fine. the bedrooms were a good size and well appointed with comfy bed linen. Plenty of towels, facial tissue boxes and the master had an updated bathroom. Appreciated the no minimum day booking since we only needed one night. Thanks!

It was an amazing get away. What a find so close to Portland and Salem. Not touristy and over crowded. Peaceful, beaches private, lots of hiking opportunities. Yi is an amazing host. Goes beyond to make your stay special.

Allison’s place is a breath of fresh air. This is a comfy spot for one or two and your furry friend. The surroundings were peaceful. Allison made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was quick to respond to questions. I would come back here to stay again.

Stayed for the King Tides, which did not disappoint. The construction was really a non issue. The unit was very clean, and the view could not be beat! The beach access was perfect. We loved eating at Rosanna's one night and the kitchen was well appointed to cook the next night. The beach is wonderful and there were many people out looking for agates and jasper. We did have neighbors upstairs who we could hear very well. We knew we were the middle unit so we were not surprised or bothered but other guests should be aware they will have some noise if anyone is staying upstairs. Heather and Ivy were attentive and quick to respond. We did not need anything extra but I know if we had, it would have been taken care of. We have stayed all over the Oregon Coast but never in the Oceanside-Netarts area, it was really lovely. It was a wonderful last minute stay, would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

Great Location in Oceanside. Quiet and peaceful. Not far from the beach and restaurants. A lot of the stores and restaurants close early, so make sure you plan ahead but overall would definitely stay here again

Stunning views and great layout for a gathering of friends. We literally could not stop watching the ocean from the huge winds and incredible deck.

A newer rental that’s also for sale! Kinda a fun way to house shop if anyone is in the market. We came for a quiet getaway over the holidays. It’s delivered! Wonderful location. Highly recommend Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro in manzanita if yummy food is a thing. All the beaches around here are amazing. Winter did its thing and made the ocean extra powerful and moody! Kitchen had most everything we needed to cook. Bathroom had hotel style toiletries. The bed was adequate for a rental. Nice electric fireplace and stunning views.

This place is a little gem, we booked last minute and it was super quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is so much better in person. The ceilings are low in the lower unit but I was comfortable as I’m only 5’6”. You can clearly hear the folks upstairs walking but they respected the quiet hours so no problem there. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Very private and a great view and earshot of the ocean. Great for 3 or 4 people and a pet, we highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was everything we expected and more! Bill and Peggy did such a great job that there was no need to contact them. they kept us posted and up to date at all times. The made it feel like we have stayed here a hundred times!!

This is a perfect home base for exploring the Oregon coast. It is located in a quiet, easy to access neighborhood with direct access to roads that will take you to some of the best locations in the Tillamook Coast. The kitchen is well stocked and the home has all the amenities we needed for a comfortable relaxing trip. I also really enjoyed having access to a pool table while relaxing in the evenings. Heather is a great host and everything went smoothly during our stay. This is definitely on our list for a return visit.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and had some nice touches with extra toothbrushes, razors, things you would normally forget. Bed was comfortable, decor was nice and had good WiFi. Would stay here again.

Loved this little place. Perfect for a weekend road trip to check out Tillamook and the nearby coastal towns. Plenty of space in the lodging, clean and well accommodated. Appreciated the popcorn to finish off a day exploring while cozying up with a movie on the big TV.
