The apartment in which we stayed perfectly matched the description and fully responded to our needs, it is in a quiet area but very close to the destinations of greatest tourist interest, very close to essential amenities and with very convenient private parking. Everything was very clean and in perfect order, David was extremely accurate and punctual at every stage of our interaction and welcomed us with an availability and kindness that goes beyond his duty as a host, providing us with useful advice and directions and making us feel at home.

Daria's place was wonderful. Cosy and spacious enough for a single person or couple. It was assuring to have a nice kitchen and a washing machine. It is surrounded by a beautiful town every corner of which was photogenic. Daria is also communicative and kind. I'd love to come back to stay longer next time.

Student accommodation in the centre of Perugia. Excellent value and great location, but noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Had difficulty getting replacement supplies of toilet paper and guests are responsible for cleaning own room and laundering bed linen. There is a washing machine one can use. This didn’t bother me as I wanted the convenience and economy. It’s just worth being aware of. I had a great stay and facilities are suitable for working remotely.

Upon our arrival we found Sara who welcomed us with a big smile and cuddles for our dog: TOP! We loved the apartment so much that...maybe we'll do it in exchange for us! Everything clean and tidy, and then supermarket and bar and hairdresser under the house, including laundromat. Parking spaces at will and 3.5 km on foot and you are in Assisi, where instead to park you have to pay fior di welini and you do not have the services you have here, so ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED.
