House vacation rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

My family chose to stay in Rebecca’s home during the weekend of Ironman 70.3 NC and it was the perfect choice! The house and backyard are beautiful and the house was spotless. Rebecca was incredibly communicative, easy to get a hold of, and seemed to think of everything to make us feel welcome & at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking both nights we were there. We had an awesome time hanging out back on the patio, cold plunging in the pool (in October), and relaxing in the hot tub. Would 100% stay here again and the area/experience had us thinking about how to get down to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach more!

We loved our stay at Diana’s place! Her home was perfect for our family and provided plenty of things to do to settle in for a long weekend inside and outside of the home. We really enjoyed the playrooms close proximity to the kitchen/living room. Her home was well thought out for all ages!

The house was great! Everything we needed and had so many extras in the house. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved our stay and our toddler enjoyed being in the pool. Great outdoor locations and amenities. Friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to stay in future.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Very good host beautiful place everything worked

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

There were just two of us so we'd love to come back with more family as the house is so well-suited to have a big family or friend get-together. The house is spacious as has a lot of sleeping spaces for family members. It was raining so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyard and the firepit or ride the bikes in the garage to the beach but we could see that would be a fun activity from this house as base camp. Kendra was proactive in emailing and always responded quickly. Great host!

Great house in Wrightsville Beach! Close to everything - bars, restaurants and the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you’d need. Would stay again!

Emily is an extremely responsive host. This is the second Xmas my family has spent at Luminous Oasis. She put up a tree for us both years. One of our party was unhappy with a mattress last year, and Emily replaced it before our return. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and equipped; the dishwasher is fabulous. The views are phenomenal; I saw dolphins from the deck. The house is adjacent to the most beautiful section of beach strand on WB (or, at least to me, anywhere). My mom uses a walker--Emily made sure the elevator was working great. For guests with limited mobility: the showers are walk-in with a very small step. We brought a rubber mat for the shower floor. The primary bath has a grab bar--the others, as of yesterday, anyway, did not. The floors are carpeted or hardwood with great nonslip mats under the rugs. The elevator doesn't reach the loft/fourth bed and bath, but my mom had everything she needed on the first three levels.

This was a great place! Stayed a few days, and it was very spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend! The bed was so comfortable! Can’t go wrong here! Very clean! 5 stars!

Rachel’s place was in the perfect location, right in the middle of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and beach bars. The photos did not do the house justice - it is even more beautiful in person with great homey touches and a cozy vibe. The balconies overlooking the marina was perfect and serene, and the walk to the beach was very short and doable. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Spent a long weekend at Tony's place with my mom and daughter. We were very pleased with our rental house! It was very easy to find and very spacious and clean. The rental is centrally located and we were able to visit Wilmington, Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach easily. We do visit Wilmington on a regular basis and would love to stay at Tony's again!!

This space could not have been cozier or cooler! We loved all of the vintage accents and personal touches that Bryan and Mari preserved in this property and you can tell that this space has been a happy place for so many that have stayed over the years. The location could not have been better for a quiet beach stay and provided a lot of comfort for us during our visit. Their responsiveness was unmatched as well.

Very beautiful and comfortable home, would be an awesome retreat when you just want to relax or be near the beach. We really just enjoyed our family time here. Will look forward to coming again. Also not sure if but some pictures I guess are to another listing there's no playground out back.

Walking distance to Mayfaire and straight shot to the beach. We love this location. Roy was always very responsive.

I had a fantastic stay here in Wilmington. It was gorgeous, extremely walkable, and overall just a beautiful home. The hosts were extremely nice, respectful, and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

I had an amazing experience at this Air Bnb and with Rachel! To start off the AirBnb is in an amazing location right in between Carolina beach and Wilmington so perfect spot! Air Bnb was very clean, very roomy, very relaxing and cozy as well! Has the fire pit in the backyard and a separated area for the dogs to run around! Was a perfect place for me! I can’t begin to explain how amazing Rachel has been! She explains everything from the beginning so that way there are no surprises during check out. She also recommended some amazing places to try! Probably the most communicative host I have had! I would completely disregard the awful review that was given before me. Clearly some people do not know how to follow rules and then like to blame others because they can not take responsibility for their own actions. Please please stay at this Air bnb in your next trip to Wilmington you will not regret it! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again Rachel will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Wilmingt

This is my second time staying at Ela and Andy's beautiful home. It is spotless and well equipped with everything you need from towels, kitchen items, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with plenty of places to eat in the area. Beds are comfy, too. Would definitely stay here again.
