This was a great stay for us. A small, cozy 2 bedroom with one bath - private entrance and less than a block from the beach! Entrance was private. Walt was responsive and easy to work with. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Audrey gave perfect instructions regarding how to find the unit, and getting in was extremely easy. We loved the peace and quiet around us and the walkability to several great restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us for a couple of days. The space had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and very clean.

Sam’s place was great! Right near everything but felt very secluded. We loved sitting out in the porch with all the beautiful flowers. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Host Phoebe was very accommodating as we checked in an hour early and checked out 2 hours late and she without hesitation agreed to our request and the home was very good and clean. We enjoyed our one night stay.

This space could not have been cozier or cooler! We loved all of the vintage accents and personal touches that Bryan and Mari preserved in this property and you can tell that this space has been a happy place for so many that have stayed over the years. The location could not have been better for a quiet beach stay and provided a lot of comfort for us during our visit. Their responsiveness was unmatched as well.

This was exactly what we needed while in Wilmington visiting family. It was extremely kid friendly and had everything we needed. Stores and restaurants are a 3 minute drive, with beaches less than 15 minutes and downtown less than that. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with any request we had. Would absolutely stay again

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Our last minute stay was great! The house was newly renovated and the hosts were thoughtful in providing more than the bare minimum. Quality paper products/laundry/dishwasher pods/soap/shampoo/basic cooking oils/seasonings. Very well stocked kitchen. Above and beyond a typical rental space with what they provided. Beds/linens/towels were great and comfy. Only recommendations are more places to hang things (no towel bars/hooks in 2nd full bath, more hooks in general to hang towels/ bathing suits etc.). We would be happy to stay here again!

Gwen's condo was a perfect ocean beach getaway. The viees were AMAZING! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We can't wait to come back when time allows.
