A wonderful spot within walking distance of all of downtown Wilmington. The flat was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway.

I am so happy I found this gem in Wrightsville! We will definitely stay at Deanne's again! Perfect location to restaurants, beach, grocery and shopping! The apartment had excellent accommodations and was sufficiently stocked. Definitely recommend!!

I loved my stay! This place is very well kept, super cute décor, a comfortable bed and right off the bridge the goes into the main part of Wrightsville Beach! Though you can see water from the apartment, you can see water from the property so i was pleasantly surprised. Only downside was the wifi, my phone worked fine but my laptop wouldn’t connect because it was an “unsecure connection” and I couldn’t override that… not really sure why. Normally wouldn’t even be a problem for me but I was actually here on a work trip. If you’re just going to the beach, this would be the perfect spot though! Next time I head to the beach I will definitely stay here again!

Location was great. Balcony and beach views were fabulous. End unit meant bonus views and lots of natural light. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Plenty of nice towels and pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Surface cleaning was good however the area around the cabinet pulls were grimy and the carpet is past due on cleaning. Updating counters, and plumbing fixtures is way overdue, not just for esthetics. Some parts are beyond being properly cleaned. With some finish updating, this unit would be 5 stars in every way.

Wonderful place right in down town

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

This spot was exactly as described and really close to the beach (less than a five minute walk). It was also really close and walkable to the downtown area of the beach. We gave this Airbnb five stars because it is exactly as described but feel it’s important for people to know that if you are sensitive to mold, consider other options. Our situation is unique because my wife is extremely sensitive to mold from previous exposure and had somewhat of a hard time staying here. The weather happened to be good so we opened the windows to air it out. Again, not knocking the place- it has existed since the 1940s so I realize things like that might come with the character.

Loved staying here! It was a nice location since you’re far away enough from the nightlife (we don’t go out often) but close enough to nice restaurants that it’s just a walk away. I love being next to the river in the mornings cause it’s always so peaceful. Very clean and exactly as described. Would def recommend!

Great Location! We always enjoy visiting Wilmington! This location is in easy walking distance of all of the great restaurants! It's great being in a residential area because the noise level is lower, but the convenience is fantastic! We would highly recommend it when visiting Wilmington!

Precious historical charm! The Airbnb was just as described quaint and charming. I enjoyed walking a short distance to restaurants and the proximity to our wedding venue was perfect. Isabella was quick to respond answering questions and providing recommendations. The porch was peaceful for coffee in the am. Will definitely book again.

Michelle was the best host of all time. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone coming to Wilmington in Wrightsville Beach. From beautiful views and great restaurants to the beach a few feet out the back door, this home truly was amazing. The Airbnb was very clean, convenient, beautiful, and much more. Shawn's place has the best view for morning sunrise and the location as last stop on the island makes it so serene on the beach. Great place for our weekend getaway.

Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Great stay at this Waterway studio condo! The room was very clean, simple and comfortable - just like the photos. Cutely decorated. Location was perfect for Wrightsville. Next door to several cool restaurants. (Dockside is great for dinner or happy hour.) And right across the bridge from “The Loop” for a run to the beach. Also just a short drive to downtown Wilmington. The host was super responsive in advance and continued to follow up to make sure our stay was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Gwen's condo was a perfect ocean beach getaway. The viees were AMAZING! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We can't wait to come back when time allows.

we had an amazing time here and was very convenient to walk across the street for all the yummy and popular restaurants. the bed was comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. the only thing we would have changed was the couch, it was too small and hard for us, but it was still nice to have in the living room, I guess we are just used to our cozy lovesac at home. but we will definitely be back here again, cause we quite enjoyed ourselves here. I thought it would be loud and would hear the cars pass by and the bridge go up and down, but we didn't hear any of that when we had the bedroom door closed to sleep. it was very quiet and peaceful. we were on the third floor and thought we would hear footsteps above or people walking by our condo, but we didn't hear any of that either. It was surprising cal. and quiet cause it was during Azalea festival weekend. we were very pleased and happy with our stay. thank you for allowing us to stay here and we'll be back!

Great location! Close to beach, downtown and tons of amazing restaurants. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Right beside the pool. Loved the wraparound porch. Would absolutely stay again! Already thinking about booking for next summer.
