Absolutely lovely place. Spotless apartment. Heating worked, WiFi worked, shower was nice and hot. Host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend :)

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Birmingham, whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

A really, really, really nice air b&b. Linda is amazing at communication and check in was really smooth. We loved our stay, it was such a cosy home from home after a long day hiking in Snowdonia national park, and my dog thoroughly enjoyed running around in the dunes down the road. The annexe had everything you could need, I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a relaxing break with their dog. The milk and surprise Welsh cakes were a great little bonus! Amazing place to spend my birthday - Thankyou! 😊

Michaela was a wonderful host with a beautiful home-. She had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so easy to deal with. She was really flexible with our needs and accommodated us so well with our 2 dogs. I couldn't recommend this place more. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Michaela for everything! Had a fabulous stay at Nicola and Rics house the whole of the experience with the property from the day we booked it until we left was fabulous. 3 generations and a very excited Labrador all had a blast. Coombe Martin was largely shut for business but we had a great meal at the Pack O Cards on NYE and the football was available for those interested on NYD at The Castle Inn🙄 Great run out for Leo the Lab on Woolacombe beach. Highlight on arrival at the property was gorgeous fresh scones with butter, clotted Cream and Jam, fresh bread from the bakery, fresh eggs, chocolates, milk coffee, tea just amazing the extra touches were very appreciated. Thankyou Nik and Rik great stay and amazing hosts would highly recommend the house but Coombe Martin may be better visited in season but a vvv happy new year holiday thankyou from Kay and family x

Beautiful home, exactly as the pictures. Dan was a great host from the booking till the end. Clear instructions were provided on how to find the place and how to get in and also asked me how i would like the bed arrangements before arrrival (that was awesome). Breakfast was also provided which we weren’t expecting so bonus point for that. To sum it up, it was a GREAT experience.

The house was exactly what we needed for 5 people. Spacious and in a good location easy to get into the town centre within a fairly short walk. Keas’ was always quickly responsive with any questions we had.

Lee was an excellent host, pro active in messaging, checking in on anything we needed. Everything was in an easy place to find and had everything we needed and more! Hot tub set up ready to go, would definitely recommend Lee to friends and family 👏😀

My friends and I stayed at Krystena’s place for two of our birthdays. The place and location of the house was just want we wanted, very peaceful and close to shops and pubs. Krystena was very helpful to answer any questions we had and was very friendly. The hottub was a lovely extra! We would all recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was perfectly located for us to visit family in Pontypridd and a trip to Cardiff. Luke responded really quickly to messages and was really friendly. Everything we needed, a warm and cosy base for our weekend. Thanks!

The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Cheltenham racecourse. Romina was incredibly responsive. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay and hope to return in the future!

Excellent property, great location just off the high street, free parking, friendly and helpful host.

Lovely hosts in a beautiful setting. We loved the horses, friendly dogs, chickens and peacocks. However, Ralph stole the show! Felt relaxed and comfortable straight away. Daryll and family were there if you needed anything with some great ideas for cycling. The Elan valley was a super day out! Thank you for having us, sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye but had to dash to Newport for emergency passport collection!! All the best xx

Lovely place to stay clean and pretty decor. Host gave clear instructions on how to gain access and we got in very easily. It’s about 15/20 min walk from town and train station so location is perfect. Great price too. Also a bar very close by can see it from the outdoor area. Recommend this place to a few people already, I’ll definitely be booking again had a lovely little break away.

One of the best and most unique AirBnbs we have ever stayed at. The space was lovely and every inch well-designed. The interior amenities felt luxurious and refined. Georgina and Crispin made us feel right at home. They even let us borrow tennis rackets and let our son feed their pet sheep. All in all a great experience in a peaceful countryside location. 5 stars - highly recommend.

Host is so lovely and helpful, and the apartment is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely book again!
