Great host! Great location! Great setup! Sarah has all bases covered. The last morning with the misty dew covered campsite while the sun was coming up was unforgettable.

Absolutely amazing! We had a beautiful few days at the safari tent - fantastic location - completely secluded, not another soul in sight. Some amazing walks straight from the tent, and lovely evenings spent sat on the veranda. Tent was super cosy with the log burner, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We wanted a peaceful place to rest after a busy day with the kids, somewhere we could feel like we were on our own. This was perfect a fantastic safari style lodge with everything we needed, a beautiful lake with many different birds and other wildlife, and all in a short drive of bike park wales and Pen-y-fan. The hosts were great they never bothered us! But they were always just a phone call away. Can’t wait to return for next trip.

We loved this place! The scenery is beautiful, peaceful and secluded so you very much have the whole place and area around you to yourself. The beds are super comfy and we enjoyed making camp fires in the evening. We used the bbq and pizza ovens which were great for 13 people. There are nice walking trails close by so you can easily go for a hike (which we did one day). There is a lake about 25 minute drive away which was incredible. We were the only ones at the lake and the scenery is breathtaking.

The bell tents were lovely, very spacious with 5 beds inside and lots of lovely touches like tea lights and useful camping things you’d never think to bring. Thanks Nicky and the team for a lovely stay, highly recommended!

The quality of the accommodation is excellent and of a high standard, with the attention to detail plainly evident. We found all the essentials were supplied, tea, coffee, toiletries etc and a lovely touch. We are a family of six and found the quality of the beds, bedding, shower, towels, kitchen amenities, furnishings superb. The accommodation was roomy and comfortable even when it was chilly outside, with lots of heating options including a log burner to keep warm. We’ve stayed in lots of safari tents over the years but Firs is one of the best sites we’ve visited. The cabin bed and den for smaller kids was superb. The whole place was fantastic and had everything we needed. The area was beautiful with lots to do and shops/pubs/park all within walking distance. Will definitely be visiting again. Simon was a brilliant host and gave us some great recommendations. 10/10

Lovely and. Cosy, clean and peaceful. We had a lovely time . Running late on arrival and host going out at 6:15pm, so this did panic me as I was afraid we would have to sleep in the car all night. Only airbnb I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow a lock box or anytime check in. That aside had a lovely time and the bacon and sausages were a real treat . Thank you

Location is even more beautiful and peaceful than shown. Exactly what I needed for a peaceful get away. The host was extremely helpful in getting everything ready as I booked last minute. The space has everything you need and the outside area is perfect for watching the sun rise and set.

We had a wonderful few days at Hut on the Hill. The location was perfect, so quiet and peaceful, and the hut itself was incredibly cosy and inviting. Loved the hot tub and fire pit, and was hoping to be able to watch the sunset as the view was stunning, but the weather was rubbish all weekend so no chance of that unfortunately! Just a small issue with check in but it was resolved quickly with no bother, Ben was very helpful! Would definitely come back again.

Perfect stay! Everything was thought about, all the fires were prepared for us and there was plenty of everything. The best air BnB we’ve been to! I’ve not been to a better resourced place. Thank you!

The tour bus was a lovely experience away celebrating my birthday with my husband and son. Steve and Hayley were lovely and if we needed more logs for the fire pit or hot tub they were just a call away. So helpful and friendly. The site is in a field with the bus parked near the hedge rows where all day you could hear all types of birds singing away. Also, catching glimpses of rabbits, pheasant (I think) just casually wondering around. We stayed 2 nights and the kitchen facilities have everything you need but actually never cooked in the bus as had all meals at the fire pit. Then a lovely dip in the hot tub….perfect. I highly recommend Emily and her campervan! My husband and I spent 3 wonderful days. The place is perfect for people who have dogs, it is fenced so we could rest in the hot tub without worrying that our dogs would run away. The hot tub works perfectly! Despite the cold outside, it was hot all the time. The campervan was very clean and warm inside.

Bertha's Box is a great place to stay. It had everything that I needed and more. It was nice and quiet and the dogs loved it. The views were great and waking up to the horses in the field next door was also amazing. I would highly recommend and I'll definitely be returning

It's a quirky little gem of a place, set in beautiful woodland surroundings. A very different experience from any other Airbnb we've stayed in! Everything that could be provided in the small space of the caravan is provided. The hot tub is wonderful, and kept warm well after dark. The bed was a bit challenging for me (being quite tall) but still very snug and warm. Percy and Max were always up for some company and make this place extra special.

We loved our stay in Ali's Airstream. It was just as described. We had great weather so really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Stunning location and scenery. Ali was in regular touch from the off with recommendations on walks and places to eat and clear instructions on finding the place. She met us to check in and do a show around then left us to enjoy it. A warm and generous host. And she left out dog treats for our cocker spaniel which were very welcome.

Lovely People, were so friendly and accommodating. The place was stunning and we had a great time! will be back!

Beautiful Wales. A peace of heaven. Kids run free of wi-fi,tv,games on the field. Marshmallow on the fire pit and incurable sky with stars. Peaceful,private with sheep's talk. Horse box cosy and clean. Bath with view-luxurious accent. We had a super relaxing time. Gabi and Matt are very helpful and kind hosts. We love to be back next summer ! Thank you again. Absolutely lovely stay for my partners birthday weekend! A lovely location, the hot tub was very clean as was the accommodation.

We had a great stay at the horse box. Perfect for a few days away. What an amazing conversion with so many thoughtful touches. Great design with everything you need for your stay. Alex was really friendly on our arrival. Would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

On arrival, there was a folder with info & a tablet for us to check in, get the WiFi & helpful links to local POI’s & activities. We also had some tasty treats waiting for us & the lights & radio were on which added to the welcoming ambience. Clean &tidy with blankets, robes and slippers to make yourself cosy. We were supplied with some wood for the burner & more could be purchased from the honesty shop near the entrance. We were supplied with a code to go in whenever we needed to collect more wood or food items. We just had to tick what we’d taken on the sheet & at the end of the stay, had a bill emailed to us. Only thing I’d say we found a little frustrating was that we were told we couldn’t light the burner on the day of departure as it got too hot for the cleaners. But at 6am at the end of October, it was cold! & the electric heaters didn’t kick out enough heat to warm the place up. But this wouldn’t stop me recommending it to others ☺️👍🏼 Thank you for a lovely stay 👍🏼

Beautiful hut. Designed, crafted and decorated to a high quality. Lots of privacy, having the oak field all to ourselves...the dogs loved it, as did we. Bob and Lisa were very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend a stay.

James & Kate were perfect hosts and very welcoming. They were always at hand if we needed anything. To say it's off grid, they provide alot of amenities to make the stay very comfortable.. literally everything you need i.e tea bags, coffee, cutlery etc. It's very private and beautiful on their land. We loved our stay that much, we already plan on going back ✨
