what an absolute gem! The caravan was easy to find and Kate sent detailed instructions. we arrived late in the day and it was easy to get in. The caravan has absolutely everything we needed and is beautifully private, surrounded by hedging from the main house. The space has been beautifully renovated by the hosts and was spotlessly clean. We visited over Christmas, and the space had been decorated for us with stockings and lights, for which we were really grateful. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and the walk down to the sea winds down via woodland and a little church. This was the perfect, peaceful and cozy base during all of the Christmas rush. After we left, Kate let us know we'd left a bag and very kindly, immediately offered to send it to us. Brilliant hosts in a perfect place. Thank you both. We'd love to come back, and promise to take all of our things with us!

We had a lovely stay at Penny's cosy place. Even though it rained the whole week, my mother and 95 year old grandfather were very grateful for the underfloor heating and wood stove! We also explored some of the local sights. Clovelly and Hartland quay are well worth a visit. Penny was a very understanding and kind host!

Had a fantastic stay, such a beautiful location - lovely garden, amazing stars, saw the Milky Way and a shooting star, beautiful sunrise, so peaceful and relaxing. Very cozy place to stay. Such helpful and friendly hosts, look forward to going back one day.

Linda was great to communicate with-very helpful. The internet is shared with the chalet next door. We had an initial problem which Linda sorted out but it didn’t always work as well as we would have liked. Apart from this everything was great -the chalet was well appointed with lots of extra cosy touches like throws for the beds. Great view also when the sky was clear.
