Vacation rentals with a fire pit in River Tamar

Sarah and Dayle were incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming hosts who really went above and beyond to make the stay special for us, truly lovely people. Sarah was responsive to messages, welcomed us in person, and even went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday which was so unexpected and kind, it made me day. Dayle popped over on our second evening to help with the wood-fired hot tub, and even helps us out with logs when my bag of logs ran out. The Old Bullpen was beautiful and clean, the perfect place for a family break, and we also loved outdoor area with fire pit, sun loungers and BBQ so we could relax outdoors as a family with a BBQ and toast some marshmallows. We have just had a fantastic holiday at the eco lodge. It is clean, well equipped and comfortable, a great space for two families of four. Fun to have a piano. The garden is beautiful, so much birdsong and we loved relaxing outside and enjoying the pond. The hot tub was such a treat. The kids loved playing in the drive on the scooters and tandem bike. Ian is a kind and truly welcoming host, he was flexible when we had to change a date and gave us some good local info. He definitely bakes the best scones in Devon! We would love to visit again, a very special place.

A great place to stay. Very comfortable. Lots of crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. great friendly communication prior to our stay. Was the perfect location for us to see family over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully.

Possibly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Such a unique, beautiful spot. The bedrooms are super spacious with super comfortable beds and it was great to have the two toilets. The property has everything you need and has been thoughtfully designed. Everywhere was spotless! The log burner was lovely to use at night and the hot tub with the stunning views and surroundings is just perfect! We saw so many different types of birds whilst there! We would love to return and will recommend to others.

Fantastic place to stay! Wonderful house for a family to recharge their batteries. We stayed in the spring which was lovely seeing the new lambs but would recommend it for all year round. Would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you Mark and Amelia

First impressions on arrival…Wow! The house is nestled in the corner of a beautiful woodland area, with private decking and hot tub overlooking the gentle stream. The interiors are fantastic and the owners have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design which made our stay feel extra special. If you enjoy stylish interiors you will love this place! The house is spotlessly clean and has a wonderful aroma with top of the range toiletries and use of appliances throughout, including sparkling water on tap and a Weber outdoor cooker (we didn’t get to use as unfortunately there wasn’t any gas but we arrived with only 24 hrs notice). We were able to visit both the north and south Cornish coast within 30 mins and enjoyed days out at Mawgan Porth, Charlestown and Polzeath. Darren was a great host and super responsive at very short notice. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

My Family and I had a lovely weekend. House is as described and we all slept really well. The house and grounds are lovely and worked perfect for my birthday weekend. Jeanette is lovely and extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would certainly return!

The lodge was a great find. The outside space was ideal for my two daughters and they loved exploring the garden. The hot tub was great. Inside the lodge was very clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks Gary!

We had a lovely weekend at Little Trevio! The property is immaculate and the view is amazing. Emily was an excellent host who made sure everything was perfect, adding some lovely touches for my partners birthday. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

Josie’s place is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location within Dartmoor National Park. It was the perfect one-night stop for us on our way to St Ives. There are some charming pubs within walking distance from the property. Josie was very friendly and responsive throughout our communication.

Jo and Graham are great hosts. My dog and I felt welcome immediately. Very good amenities and beautiful surroundings. They went above and beyond for me.

Gorgeous setting, well appointed Airbnb. Comfortable beds, large space, wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We would book her time and again!

Myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay and were really impressed with the grounds , everything was clean and beautiful . All the little touches were excellent and appreciated so much , there were a beautiful bouquet of roses , items in the cupboard and fridge which were a nice touch as there’s always something we forget ! , We were given the opportunity to use the pool table and darts board on our last evening as the lodge was empty that night , which I thought was a lovely touch , and also gave me the opportunity to beat my other half at a game of pool. The hot tub was a great feature ! And the communication from the hosts was excellent and very informative and although we didn’t have any problems , I knew if there was , they’d be on it . We will definitely be back again . Thank you .

The cabin is in a really beautiful farm setting with a fantastic view and has lots of character. Lovely in the sunshine but also very cosy to come back to when it’s raining, the log burner puts lots of heat out. 10/10 would recommend staying here to explore the Bude coastline.

We had a lovely,pleasant and relaxing stay at the cabin, the cabin was well equipped with everything we needed,and we had a lovely helpful host. The cabin is in an ideal location close to Bude, and other nice places.

We spent 2 nights here and were very very impressed with everything. The cleanliness of the cabin, the little details for birthdays and if you take your dog, the garden area and there is even a little trolley to get all your luggage to the cabin! Literally everything has been thought of. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family. Thank you very much Claire!

Amazing little getaway if you re looking for a beautiful cabin and to recharge in nature. The sauna and fire-pit are lovely additions. Would highly recommend. Caya 🐾 loved it!
