Vacation rentals with a patio in River Spey

Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

We travel often and use Airbnb frequently and this place is by far the best we have ever enjoyed! Every single thing one might want is 5 star worthy! The apartment is spacious, clean, warm and lovely. The location is on the third floor on the waterfront, which is absolutely beautiful. The host is truly the most welcoming and helpful we have ever experienced. Perfect!!

Fabulous place to stay - very comfortable with everything you need (especially in the kitchen). Toasty and warm for a cool autumn weekend. Big spacious bedrooms and fantastic shower. We’d love to go back - Ballater is such a lovely place. Thank you Josephine and Stephen!

Beautiful house and great host - highly recommended!

Our stay at Salisbury House went beyond our expectations. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The views from the home were fantastic and proximity to restaurants and hiking trails very accessible. We felt at home and will definitely return! Thanks for such lovely accommodations.

This place is fantastic. The house is mega, and can’t beat the location. Jack and Guadalupe were top notch hosts. Will hope to have this place again next time we’re in the highlands.

Just WOW! The house was perfect. Anna was lovely. The area was stunning. We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. The house had everything we needed and more, including a decorated tree waiting for us when we arrived. The free wood to keep stove going was much appreciated! The walks directly from the house were beautiful, waterfalls and enchanting forests. The drive to various other exciting places was easy. Dingwall for SPL football, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and Glen Coe to name a few! A must is visiting Emily’s Byre at Rokeby Manor for food…. Utterly delicious. We’ll be back for sure! What a relief to turn in to a place like Craig's after a long day of travel. The house was immaculate, it was lovely and warm and best of all there were yorkshire teabags and a bottle of milk waiting for us. I would definitely recommend.

The house is lovely. Really charming and very clean with great facilities. Kate always replied quickly to any correspondence and was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

We were a group if six including a toddler and this pkace fekt right at home. The location is very accessible to attractions and amenities with a sea view. The host ensured to keep suggestions regarding what to see, where to eat and what to do. Additionally we were given parking permit which made our entire stay hassle free. The place was very neat with all the facilities and we didnt had to contact the host for any support at all, it was that perfect. I would always recommend Andrew's property if you are traveling and don't want to miss your home.

outstanding accommodation close to the centre of town, everything walkable from the house. spotlessly clean and comfortable house. would definitely recommend for any visitors to Inverness and we hope to stay again.

Just had a restful few nights with our Labrador at Grants place. Appreciate being able to take our dog too! Some wonderful walking areas a few minutes stroll away - beautiful views and sunsets seen. Delightful little coffee shop next door kept us going with some hot drinks and food before heading further afield for the day. Cosy bed and mattress to sink into at the end of the night also - thank you:)

Great Stay, Thank you!

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

The Wee Coorie was a lovely, clean space in an ideal location. The host was quick to respond and ensured our stay went smoothly.

Two relaxing days and comfy nights, left in peace to chill out and enjoy the space. Warm, clean, and comfy with tasteful furnishings and everything one needs for a few nights break. Evelyn met us on arrival, gave us a heads up for five minutes and left us to our break. Very welcoming and highly recommended.

Stewart and Xia have maintained the place really well. Loved the property and had a lot of peaceful fun. The back yard had a wonderful scenic view with the LochNess canal running water. There are couple of benches where you can enjoy hot cup of coffee while the cold breeze compliments it with contrast. Will definitely book again if I visit the Highlands.

It exceeded expectations by a fair bit. Jenny and her husband were lovely, very welcoming. The accommodation had everything you needed, was spotless, and we had a very peaceful, relaxing break, even though you are only a short walk to the town. The location was just perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to friends and family!
