Vacation rentals with a patio in River Spey

Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

Stunning little flat and very comfortable. Short walk to the centre of Pitlochry but still very quiet and peaceful. Lots of parking for free and very kind hosts, we’ll definitely stay again next time we visit Pitlochry :)

Mike and Lyndsey's home was absolutely beautiful, and the view didn't disappoint! Unfortunately, we had a very short stay due to both a delayed flight coming into Inverness, and a very early flight the next morning, heading home. We would have loved to spend more time in this amazing space! The location was fantastic, just steps away from great pubs, restaurants, and shopping. Stunning view of the river/bridge (especially when lit up at night). The apartment is quite large for the area, and had all the amenities needed. We were quite comfortable for our short stay and only regret not being able to stay longer. Mike and Lyndsey were great hosts as well. Very accommodating of our delayed arrival time (due to flight delay coming into Inverness). They also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and pubs!

A spotlessly clean and comfortable cottage right in the middle of the village of Fortrose. Jane had provided everything I could need for my three week stay and was friendly and responsive when I needed a bit of help with the heating. The off-road parking was great and the small courtyard would have been ideal in warmer weather. Steps away from an award winning restaurant and easy walking distance to the grocery shop, most of the village and the beach. An ideal base for a wide range of Highland touring. Thank you Jane!

Lucy’s place was incredible! Walkable to downtown with plenty to do, including great restaurants, shopping, and live music! The space itself was beautiful, with thoughtful and artistic touches everywhere you look! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the place, it has many details and shaggy cows 😍 that make you feel right at home. It is spacious and clean, with parking space. City centre is a 10 min walk. We loved it, def recommend.

Fantastic place to stay in the centre of Pitlochry. Close to pretty much everything the town has to offer including beautiful walks and great dog friendly pubs. The cottage itself was ideal. A beautiful and comfortable stay was had. Had everything we needed for a short stay, had such a good time and will definitely be coming back. Fiona was so helpful with clear instructions and recommendations. Communication was excellent, thank you for a lovely stay. Thoroughly recommend staying here for anyone planning a trip to the town. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Great little house for us, a couple and a wee dog. Spotlessly clean and would stay again if we return to the area.

We stayed here for two nights with our teenage daughter, lets just say she's in love with the place and she wants to live there! The house is so clean, we loved how eco it was, and we very much appreciated the eggs thank you. It is closed to Loch Ness and lots of other great places to visit, it was just beautiful. I think we are the same as just about every other review in that we wished we stayed longer! The best air BnB we have ever stayed in

lovely host and really helpful where we had to have an extra guest stay at short notice

We were in Inverness for a wedding and had a ton of family staying at the AC hotel which was directly across the river from this Airbnb. We had 2 small children that shared a bedroom that is perfect for kids. The home was immaculately clean and clutter free. If you’re looking for a great home in Inverness that is really easy to walk to and from town, look no further. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We were extremely grateful to have access to such a nice home away from home.

We stayed in this property while we were working in the area and had a nice stay. The property is very nicely decorated and in great condition. You get a wonderful view of the beach especially on sunny days. There is also a couple of restaurants and pubs in walking distance from the property so if you’re looking to go out for something to eat and a few drinks you don’t need to look far. We were very happy with our stay.

Grant/Jody’s place is beautiful and lovely. The place was in the heart of Garmouth only 7 miles from Elgin. Grant and Jody were very responsive and also helped us out whenever we asked for the help. It is a perfect place to relax with family after hard day’s work. The place is close to Lossiemouth and other attractive places.

Margys flat was a lovely surprise to walk into. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt very welcomed and felt right at home. I highly recommend Margys abode.

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

Two relaxing days and comfy nights, left in peace to chill out and enjoy the space. Warm, clean, and comfy with tasteful furnishings and everything one needs for a few nights break. Evelyn met us on arrival, gave us a heads up for five minutes and left us to our break. Very welcoming and highly recommended.

The host couple was very friendly and provided all kinds of help to us. They responded very quickly. Just at the back of the flat, we enjoyed the beautiful and colourful morning sunshine.

We only stayed here one night as a quick stop on our travels but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning and the apartment itself is beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. The hosts were brilliant and very responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
