Vacation rentals with a patio in River Spey

This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. The whole place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great with powerful showers. Lovely outside space to sit out when the sun shines. We’ve stayed in lots of properties in Ballater and this is our favourite.

Jane was just great, so helpful and accommodating. The flat was beautifully clean and worked brilliantly for us visiting our friend. We had the most fabulous weather and loved our early morning walks on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Brian et Hellen, dans cette magnifique maison au milieu des bois. Brian et Hellen ont été très attentionnés dès notre arrivée et nous ont conseillé des points de vue sublimes!! La maison est un havre de paix et nous avons même pu observer depuis le salon des biches et des écureuils traversant les bois.

Beautifully immaculate suite, all facilities and interior were very modern and absolutely spotless surrounded by the beautiful Scottish wilderness. Very accommodating and thoughtful hosts and will definitely be staying again when we travel that way in the future.

Excellent stay! Brilliant location within walking distance to town. The house is fantastic, comfy, clean, spacious, felt very at home. Duncan is a great host, and the charming welcoming touches were very much appreciated. will certainly stay again!

Katie’s place was absolutely stunning! We travelled from Australia with another couple and we were blown away with her attention to detail. Everything was well thought out and considered, right down to the country crockery. It exceeded our expectations! Thank you!!

Great little house for us, a couple and a wee dog. Spotlessly clean and would stay again if we return to the area.

Que dire à part … whaou ! Seule y 2 nuits passées chez Anna mais l’impression d’être chez soi ! Trop court séjour tout était parfait ! Une proximité des lieux comme le Loch Ness, Glenfinnan Viaduc (avis aux fans d Harry potter !) , les highlands, l’île de Skye bref point central ! Et quel accueil ! Anna est ADORABLE, le lieu est paisible, la maison est parfaite … notre prochain séjour sera plus long à coup sûr ! Anna encore merci ce fut un plaisir de faire votre connaissance :)

One of the best places we have stayed in! The cleaniness, the attention to detail, the comfort levels all deserve an award. The host was very helpful, and the thought behind all beautiful furnishing, the kitchen utensils, takeaway menus, and even the plushie in the kids room just made this all the more special. We would gladly go back in a heartbeat!

Excellant accommodation, everything you require for a pleasant stay, clean and comfortable, highly recommend it, will use again when I am in the area. This place ticks all the boxes.

It was great place to stay

Stayed a couple of nights here with our two kids - a great base for exploring Inverness (we enjoyed the easy access to shops and restaurants across the wobbly footbridge) and a day trip to Cromarty. The property looked just like the photos and was perfectly laid out for a family of 4. We loved the wood burner and the Aldi round the corner was super-convenient!

Such a wonderful place to stay in Inverness! The home is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. We really appreciated the comfy TV lounge room and the large bathroom downstairs. It is in the perfect location for an easy walk into town and is in a quiet neighborhood. Jill was very responsive and helpful - an excellent host. We are so happy we chose to stay here!

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

Great little spot! Was perfect for my short stay in Inverness. Would definitely book again when I’m up that way.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

The Old Icehouse is anything but cold. Beautifully presented apartment with everything you need for your vacation. Lots to do in the area. Having the beach just across the road was perfect. We were treated to amazing sunsets almost nightly. The walk up the coast to Tarbat Ness is worth doing.

Alyson was a lovely host, very accommodating, great communication, met us at the apartment, lovely lady. The apartment is great, super clean, thoroughly stocked with all you might need as a visiting guest in the kitchen. Living space is lovely with a couch as well as an armchair, bed super comfy with good bed linens and excellent blinds. Slept so well. A stones through from the centre, it is close to everything! We had a lovely time, would absolutely stay here again when we next visit. Highly recommend 👌

We had two nights at the apartment during the Winter Words festival at the theatre. Beautiful location, extremely comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment. Easy 10 mins walk across the river to the theatre & very well located for the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a brilliant time we had celebrating our daughter’s 6th Birthday at the Garden Apartment. From start to finish a phenomenal service. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the highlands or going Nessie hunting like we were with the kids! Absolutely fantastic!

The wee nuek is very nice and private the view is breathtaking , Rosanna is very friendly ,knowledgeable about the area , had everything in place for us. Highly recommend it a true representation of the highland. We will definitely be back in the near future. Thanks again and see you soon , Zsuzsa and Daniel
