Vacation rentals with a kayak in River Spey

Fiona's house is really beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The large hall was brilliant for all our walking gear and coats and jackets as there was lots of snow during our stay as was the pulley and clothes horse. The kitchen was really well equipped and given the very cold temperatures the house was really cosy and warm, the fire in the lounge was great. She has even arranged to have the path cleared of snow for us arriving. We had a great stay and was perfect for our group.

Great location for golf at Royal Dornoch, Brora, Golspie and Tain!! Adequate parking. Loved the open bar, great choices of Whiskies. Andrew responded to every question immediately. Four adult men were very comfortable with 5 bedrooms to choose from. We would definetly stay there again and highly reccomend any Airbnb customer to stay here and feel safe.

An amazing stay in this beautiful home. The house had everything we could have asked for and more - made us all feel so welcome and at home! Perfect location for going nice walks or going for a night out in aviemore too. Sadly didn’t get to try the hot tub because of the storm but that just gives us a reason to come back! Thanks again!

My best friend and I had a last minute stay at the bunkhouse for two nights and it was truly one of the most incredible getaways we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought had gone into making the cabin feel like a home away from home. The decor was stunning, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the cabin had everything we could possibly need. Alison, the host, was so kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Even our wee dog had an absolute blast exploring the area! The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tubs and paddle boarding (with everything needed for it included!) and it took our already peaceful retreat to the next level. On a particularly rainy day, Alison went above and beyond, offering us the decking on a nearby cabin as a dry spot for yoga with the mats we’d brought along. Such a lovely trip and we can’t thank you enough for all the care and thought you put into the cabins and overall experience!

The hosts did a lovely job of making the weekend special for us. They were very responsive on any questions we had and really went above and beyond in trying to make sure we had a great time while staying in their home. Though the Airbnb was attached to their residence, it felt very private and the views were gorgeous! It was very easy to get to Loch Ness and other small villages in the area. Their dogs were very sweet and so much fun to pet and play with while we were there. If you have time, a cold plunge in loch Tarff is the perfect way to start your morning! And having the hot tub to run into after made it that much more worth it. This is definitely a place worth staying in and if we’re ever in the area, we will be coming back!

It was an amazing place for a gate away weekend. The place is absolutely cozy, charming and well decorated. And it’s very well located, by the loch with kanoes available and a fire pit and swing facing the loch! The hot tub by the deck is amazing and hearing the stream of river is very nice. We would definitely come back again and in summer to enjoy it more!

Couldn’t fault the place. Such an amazing Cabin. Had everything you could need. The quality of building and furniture etc was fantastic. Really pleased we went. Would recommend to anyone. I’ve stayed at lots of airbnb’n, they don’t get any better than this. Friends helpful staff. Happened to be there when we arrived. Couldn’t have been any nicer.

Tony is a very helpful host. Localisation is great .The dining area and living room area are lovely. Kitchens well equipped. Our bedroom was small but clean and comfortable. If you ok with sharing bathroom is definitely lovely place to stay
