Vacation rentals with lake access in River Great Ouse

The host was quick to respond and very accommodating, even with a last-minute booking. The property was tastefully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Having plenty of parking is a definite plus, and a great location adds to the overall convenience. 5 starts all around, highly recommended!

Rachel’s place is very much home-from-home. It’s very comfortable and extremely well equipped. It has also been decorated to a very high standard. It was perfect for my needs during a business visit to the area and I’ll happily return.

We had a lovely time in Oakham, the apartment was as described/pictured and super relaxing. Also close by to Rutland Water which we wanted to explore. Veronica was a great host answering any queries we had promptly and providing smooth & timely check in guidance. Would definitely stay in the Oak Tree Annexe again.

Frank was excellent about the whole trip - arranged parking for us, offered an early check in when he understood we’d be arriving in Whittlesey earlier than the listed check in, very fast response to a question about where to find an extra duvet, and very friendly throughout. A lovely hidden gem, my partner and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Comfortable bed, super clean, quiet and lovely views. Been stay there for a month and felt amazing. Location is really great in town center right opposite the shopping mall. 5 mins drive to Train Station Many Supermarkets and Convenience Stores nearby Amazing flats, environment is good neighbour is super nice. Everything is perfect The Apartment is great and clean, much better than I expected. The host was super nice!! Any problem with the flat the host will help you asap. Would recommend this stay 👍🏼

Samathas place was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family and friends nearby. The place was a good size and Samatha was very friendly and responsive.

Great, and well appointed ground floor flat. Parking space was literally a few yards away. A peaceful neighbourhood. Fixtures and fittings all good quality and we had everything we needed. Loved the huge TV on the wall! Check in and out was easy with a key safe. The only task was to put the rubbish in the communal dustbin which was next to the parking space so no bother. We stayed there to break up the journey to Harry Potter Film Tour in Watford which was a short drive away. Thank you for letting us stay!

This was a very nice place, good location for MK. Great pub across the road, and five minutes taxi to MK centre (taxi was about £5.50) lovely accommodation, had everything we needed.

Beautiful cottage style house very homely with lots of personal expression in the decor and personal effects (instruments and furnishings) Very spacious both inside and outside. Close enough to Milton Keynes for our event and close to surrounding towns but very quiet residential area with quaint little strip of shops and a post office. Was ideal stay for our purposes at a time where all accommodation was high it was fairly priced although I did mention it was not most ideal price but when you get there and see that your in their home and protecting their space it is clear why it’s priced as such. This is a stay that will feel like you’re in someone’s home, however, the communication and instructions allow you to feel at ease and welcome. Neighbours seemed lovely and friendly and the cat was a welcomed visitor. Cannot fault the property or its amenities at all would love to stay again

Alex is a fantastic host the cottage was outstanding very cosy and extremely peaceful beautiful views from the cottage. Alex has thought of everything you would possibly need for your stay. Very enjoyable.

Helen’s place is fantastic, the sofa, chair and bed are fantastically comfortable and the home is totally gorgeous, I felt right at home immediately and enjoyed some much needed R&R. Highly recommended and Helen and Lionel are great hosts. It was also an honour to meet the beautiful Scarlet, what a lovely doggie. Don’t hesitate book this amazing Airbnb.

The property is in a beautiful location with lovely views across the country side . Everything you need is provided , be it popcorn machine , TV , Xbox etc Bed was very comfortable and very large and we loved all the tech with the lights and automaticac blinds Would 100% stay again

We really enjoyed staying at Sally's place. It was lovely and cosy and Sally had left out lots of little treats and thoughtful extras. The local pub is very close and was nice and welcoming. The location is nice and quiet, but close enough to places like Ely which was definitely worth a visit. Often Airbnb's only have 4 plates, 4 bowls etc, but the kitchen had lots of everything including a large dishwashwer. It was also great to have the small wood burning stove and it was nice and warm the entire time. We would definitely like to go back!
