Monthly Rentals in Rivas

All good upon our arrival. The apartment was clean and we were even able to check in before the time, which is to be appreciated. It is small but very well equipped, has Smart TV and good internet to work as well. As a recommendation I think it would be appropriate to include a minimum such as coffee, sugar and salt since we had to go shopping and in our more than 8 years of travel I think it is the third or fourth time that happens. I recommend it!

This Airbnb offers a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in Nicaragua's natural beauty. With its stunning views and comfortable amenities, I would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a tranquil retreat. The hosts and staff are friendly, fast and attentive. There is quite an impressive sound system with speakers in the main room as well as on the patio. The WiFi internet is fast and you do have great cell service. The way up is steep and the driveway needs a vehicle that can get over a 5-6 inch curb (for rainy season water flow I assume). During my stay, there were some minor water issues, but these were promptly addressed by Lee, Fabiola and the staff. This level of attentiveness further enhanced the positive experience.

Madeline & Jeynner were legends. Very happy I stayed there and would definitely stay there again.

I had such a great stay at Marielle and Marc’s Airbnb! They were super helpful with anything I needed over my month long stay. The Airbnb is exactly like the pictures (even bigger!) and is in the perfect location, 2 minutes from the beach but on a nice quiet street. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
