Fantastic crew, especially Solleith. She was very responsive and kind. The property is located just north of the Boom within walking distance. Highly recommend Bismarck as an in-house chef, his food was fantastic! Thank you to everyone who made our stay one not to forget!

Home away from home. Great spot to work remotely, beautiful sunsets, beach walks, surfing spots 5 min walk down the beach. Unreal spot, wish it was more of a secret, but gotta support the beautiful spot what Corey has created!

Highly recommend this beautiful house on a very secluded beach. As a family with young kids the tide pools were lots of fun to explore and also enjoy a dip in the largest pool. There are soft sandy beaches just either side which are great for surfing or jumping waves. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay and Brittany was a great host making sure we had every we needed. We hope to visit again someday!

This was our second stay at Jon's rental. He was very responsive and the cleaning staff and the staff who performed general gardening & pool cleaning were excellent! This is our favorite beach in Nicaragua. We'll definitely be back for another visit!

We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Jack in Hacienda Iguana! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms. The location was perfect, offering both relaxation and easy access to everything the area has to offer. The hosts were always super responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely recommend Casa Jack to anyone visiting Hacienda Iguana!

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. Marcus, the host, was super responsive and friendly. The helpers in the house, Elia specifically, was super kind and attentive. Everyone was great, the house is gorgeous and serene , and they provided a lot of essential items for our stay! 100/10 recommend staying here and I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Place to stay with an Incredible view. I love that it’s a Gated Building with security at the entrance. Feel in love with the Dogs Guarding the area!

great place and great host- pool could do with a bit of tlc, the view is fantastic and as long as you don't mind a steep off road drive up it is well worth it - great maid service also.

Enjoyed my stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get around. Peaceful lounge areas and always clean. The perfect place for a surf trip in Popoyo. I felt right at home immediately.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.
