Monthly Rentals in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

My stay at Beth's place was so lovely. She was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The neighborhood is great and the apartment is clean and decorated with beautiful artwork. I felt right at home instantly. Two things to note for prospective travelers: the apartment is on the top floor so just be prepared to go up a lot of stairs with your luggage (not a big deal for me but might be for others). Second thing: I recommend downloading a white noise app on your phone as the bedroom faces the street and it can get rather noisy at night and in the morning with cars & buses passing by. Drew’s place was awesome for my three month stay! It was stocked with everything I needed, and drew was very responsive to any needs I had. The view is awesome and the apartment gets a lot of natural light! I would stay here again and was kind of sad to leave. Very walkable to anything near the university and right on the corner is a trolley station and Dunkin’. Thanks Drew!

This is definitely worth the stay, it was my first time in Philly and this was the perfect location especially since it’s around a lot of stores and the scenery is beautiful the people around there is nice. Maureen had mostly everything there , she came in clutch for me when I found a flat iron in the closet to do my hair lol. Overall the stay was fun did have a little trouble getting the key out the lock box. She even had utensils for me to cook a whole meal. There’s nothing I wouldn’t change about the stay. Overall 8.5/10.
