Very clean. Great beds. Very responsive hosts.

Tiffany was a great host. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and cozy with a personal favorite being the kitchen with all of its supplies. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good spot in Old City!

I had the pleasure of staying at Najia’s place for nearly a week, and it was truly a delightful experience. This beautiful Airbnb exudes the charm of a Mediterranean home, with its stunning décor and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Philadelphia and its suburbs. One very minor note is that the windows, adorned with gorgeous glass decorations, but it’s hardly an issue if you’re comfortable keeping the lights on. Overall, it’s a wonderful stay, and I would happily return!

Very good location for Old City. The parking garage 2 blocks away was convenient. Just make sure to have your luggage easily accessible as you'll need to remove it from your car and you won't be able to access your vehicle until you check out of the parking garage. We reserved and paid for our spot ahead of time to make sure we'd have a spot. House is clean with plenty of towels. 2 washer/dryers was useful for our family of 5. The gas stove was great. It was really nice to make breakfast before our days of sightseeing.

Anne was a great host and the location is perfect. Within walking distance to downtown, South Street, all of the cheesesteak spots, and some local bars that are fun. Super easy check-in and check out process. Loved Anne’s recommendations, made some non-locals feel like locals! Be prepared to climb some steep stairs if you stay here! Historic home, but could be difficult to navigate for someone who does not have great balance or mobility.

Cara's place was very comfortable. Loved the view from the rooftop. I would just warn the elderly that you have to climb lots of steps so if that is a struggle for you don't stay here. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Elaine was an excellent host. The house was in a great location, very walkable neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bars. House was clean , spacious and comfortable. Will definitely rent again. Also, by some miracle , always found a parking space !! ha!~

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

First- AMAZING ownership. He wants it to be the most relaxing experience. No check out CLEANING for you as a guest. Let me say, that is HUGE! The area is vibrant and fun. Folks are friendly. The bagel shop at the corner is so yum! It’s more adult oriented in the area. Perfect for a couples or friends getaway. Loved it here! So fun and cozy.
