Seascape resort is absolutely beautiful! The views from the resort are amazing and the beach and grounds are stunning.

This place felt like we were staying at a classy, upscale friend’s place. Seriously, the quality of the amenities to the mugs to the thoughtful touches spread all over the home were very much appreciated. Ideal location that is walking distance to the beach and driving distance to the many scenic spots that the Santa Cruz area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again!

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

Just such a wonderful experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, the pool and hot tub right outside. Beach was huge and private. Simply spectacular.

First of all, this was a last minute stay on a weeknight, and it was almost impossible to find something for my mother in law and her friend. the host was awesome. He gave me perfect instructions. and the room was immaculately appointed with personalized Yeti Cups and Ice bucket, it was really impressive. The bed was extremely comfortable, I heard. It was much nicer than the hotel rooms the resort provides. There were beach toys boogy boards, and anything else you would hope to have on a nice little vacation to Aptos. I would very highly recommend this host and his property. It shines as one of the benefits.of air bnb. I feel conservatively I saved a few hundred bucks, compared to the resort rooms. and again the place and the Host, both were super nice.

Beautiful resort, amazing walk to the beach and lots of parking

I loved my stay at Seascape. I live in Santa Cruz and was looking for a night away on the ocean. I was upgraded to an ocean front room and the view was beautiful. I had a 1 bedroom and it felt like a little condo apartment, had everything I needed. The coastal cliff walk is pretty, the restaurant is good, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, and there is a small shopping center walking distance. There's also a playground so I'll be back with my kids. Great stay!

Very cute place to stay. Lots of amenities at the place. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. Great views of the outside. You could see the ocean from the room we stayed in if you stood by the edge of the balcony. Very close to Santa Cruz. Parking was included and both outside and garage parking are available. However, the outside parking spaces are very tight.

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property with unbeatable views. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking out at the ocean. The fireplace was awesome too. The location, parking, and amenities were all convenient and as described.

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!

We stayed during spring break with our 2 young children. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Place was clean, views were amazing. We even spotted dolphins from the kitchen window one morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our family get together! It was clean and right on the beach! Well worth what we paid and I would def go back. Everyone was super helpful and we got right in with no problems! All in all it was beautiful, everyone we talked to was friendly!!

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

This home was beautiful, easy to find & private location with plenty of parking to choose from. Very short 2 min walk to access the ocean right at your feet. The home was spacious & clean. When we arrived, we got there a little early and were still able to access and get settled in with time to spare for the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t get any communication with Jay. When we arrived, I noticed one of the window slats was broken in the room with bunk beds and the shared restroom shower drain was really struggling to drain the water. I tried calling a few times nit the voicemail box was full.. we also weren’t sure what the policy was on being able to bbq. When renting this spot the instructions said no but once we arrived we found instructions in the welcome book that said we could. So it was just a bit of confusion. All in all though, the place served its purpose and we all had a wonderful time being able to gather in the home & beach. We would definitely come back, it was beautiful!

The place is in a very convenient location, close to the shopping mall. We had a wonderful holiday staying here
