This is by far the perfect beach getaway house! My husband had classes in the area so during the day my daughter and dog could walk right to the beach! There is even a museum right in walking distance I took my daughter to twice. And the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk is only a ten minute walk which we did another day! The Airbnb itself was beautifully decorated with a wonderful shower and a clawfoot tub. The outdoor area was so great to relax in as well. This place was stocked with beach chairs and toys and extra towels and even sunblock. Everything we could need. In fact we loved it so much we extended our stay. Yvonne was SO responsive and friendly and really made our vacation just completely hassle free and perfect. I can see why this place is always booked!

This place was nicer than the photos and absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. Everything was well equipped and labeled. The location was very quiet and peaceful with great access to a quiet beach. You definitely need a car as it's a little isolated but that added to the charm.

Lovely condo, back from the street, so relatively quiet. Clear instructions, roomy. The place was much better decorated than other AirBnBs, with vintage Santa Cruz photos and lovely Santa Cruz art posters. We’ll definitely come back.

A wonderful and private location! An ideal home to relax with a cup coffee in the morning with a great view of the waves. The home was comfortable! Definitely, plan to be back. Erin was always responsive and was great in explaining all the details. Highly recommend this home!

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!

Location location location! This home was steps from the beach and was so lovely to listen to the waves crashing from the comfort of our bed! Walkable to local coffee shop, deli and restaurant for yummy happy hour. 3 stories was nice for 2 families, each family had their own floor. Jaleh was very responsive if we had questions!

Absolutely gorgeous place! Extremely clean and well maintained. Kathleen's instructions were spot on and she quickly responded to any questions that I had. It was nice to stay here for my kid's birthday weekend. I highly recommend this beautiful home. ☺️

this house is sooo close to the beach! The neighborhood is friendly. The house is comfortable with a great deck and lots of space. I definitely plan to stay here again. Myriam answered questions promptly and takes great care of the house.

We had a lovely, seamless stay here, with two little kids in tow. It was a great location, and had lots of amenities. The backyard is nice and quiet and shady. It is a great price, and convenient location, very close to the airport but in a nice residential area also convenient to downtown. 100% would stay here again.

Such a great location! Very peaceful and quiet spot. House was very comfortable and great for a group. Parking in the village is always a challenge but was made easier because the host outlined several options in pre-arrival messages and in an onsite binder.

We had a lovely stay here with our two young kids. The house was so well-stocked with anything we could need and helpful instructions for everything. The location is great for walking to the beach, and there are sand toys and beach chairs available, as well as a great shower outdoors to rinse off sandy feet. The kids loved the games and puzzles cabinet as well as having their own room with matching twin beds. The kitchen had everything we could think of! Thanks for a great stay!

Ian and his brother Ryan were excellent hosts! They were extremely communicative, which I always very much appreciate. I loved the brightness of each room, one with a large window and the other with a french door to a spacious backyard. We felt very comfortable in the home and also loved the live plants in the kitchen area. The kitchen has nice pots and pans, a few spices to cook with, and all needed utensils. We always cook when we travel, so it was great to have all of these needs met! The beds were comfortable, and the couch was nice and cozy as well :) Great location too!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

We love this place. They have thought of everything you will need from life vests and beach toys for the kids to parchment paper to cook with. All you need to bring is your own food and clothing and your set. Great location to walk down to the beach or go over to Marriannes for some ice cream. It is clean and cozy and we can't wait to come back.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

This is our favorite place to stay in Santa Cruz. There are little markets walking distance, some restaurants but the best part is the ocean is right there 2minute walk! Also, if the ocean is too cold for us adults to get in, the house has a jacuzzi for us to enjoy in the evening. In the mornings, I enjoy sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and smelling the ocean breeze while I enjoy my hot cup of coffee. Great place to take the family. The host is very responsive.

Cute house with an excellent backyard and amenities a stone’s throw from the boardwalk. Stayed here with our three young kids and they loved it. Had everything we needed and host was super communicative.

Toby & Chels’ home was nice and cozy! It was just as described, with very comfortable beds & couch for lounging. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, and perfect for my group of 4. Chels/team were responsive and provided multiple methods for communication, though their instructions and recommendations were clear, so I didn’t have to bug them too much :). I would definitely enjoy staying in their home in the future again, and highly recommend it!

We had a spectacular visit to Coppers Nest. The house is a marvel from the second to walk the boardwalk to their stairs, and the interior is thoughtful and very well appointed. The complex is quintessential California, with unique architecture, gorgeous flora and fauna, plenty of amenities (pickleball, tennis, bball courts, bocce, etc), all with the constant and soothing pounding of waves and ocean views at every turn. Bryan and Erin were terrific hosts, making sure we had everything we needed while never feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a Monterey Bay vacation.

Sarah’s house was beautiful- clean and lots of room. There was enough space for us to be together and space for alone time. There were 8 of us. Sarah had made some recommendations for dinners and places to go. We did try a couple of them and the Mexican restaurant and ice cream place was delicious . We had one issue with hot water and Sarah responded immediately and issue was resolved in a timely manner. The house was a little farther from Santa Cruz than we were used to but it only took 20 minutes get there. The area where the house was located was quiet and close to the ocean. We genuinely loved our time in Aptos. Would stay again .

Perfect house in every way!!!! The house is adorable, comfortable, accessible to every part of Santa Cruz and included every single item needed or wanted!! We will be back and are hoping that Colleen's house is available! one word on our host.... we stay in a number of Airbnb's and Colleen was PERFECT and I mean a PERFECT host.... Perfect stay!
