Everything was clean, tidy and the amenities in very good condition 😊 Communication was super straightforward and we got a quick response to everything. The area offers a lot to explore and the campsite is a good starting point for excursions

A beautiful accommodation in the middle of the forest near the town of Oudemirdum! Serene environment, where you only hear the birds chirping. Our dog also had a great time, he sniffed around the cottage and the fenced garden was ideal. Also, all the amenities you might need were provided. Two tips: maybe a little more light under the kitchen cabinets to create a little more light there. And maybe a TV for the evening, because now we had our laptop with us, but still. Because it was too dark to do something outside or walk. We have also been to the Mirnser Cliff which is also well worth it. I have lived in Makkum, Friesland almost all my life, so the area is not strange to me. I now live in Zeeland together with my friend and dog, but sometimes I miss the beautiful Frisian landscape... Highly recommended, this forest cottage.
