Yuting’s place was actually a little larger than I needed, but that’s on me - with 3 ensuite bed+bath combos, and good workspaces, you could easily have several people doing WFH with no issue. It’s a well-laid-out split-level, so if you’re not up for stairs, it may not be your jam, but I appreciated getting my stairs in with my steps. The Main Bedroom suite’s separate deep tub was handy for soaking my weary bones, and there was never a lack of hot water, towels, or the like. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to, having the garage to park in and keep equipment (cart, bags) that I didn’t always need in was very handy. They had every utensil and amenity I needed, or could have needed, down to having a sewing kit for repairs, kid and toddler toys and seating tucked away, and plenty of room for storage. The place could easily serve for a longer stay with no issue at all. YuTing was easy to get ahold of and fast to respond and solve an issue I had when I arrived. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home during spring break! It was perfect for our family of five—spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. The house was very clean, the grounds are stunning, with beautifully manicured landscaping, and the view of Mt. Hood on clear days was absolutely breathtaking. The location was an easy drive to Portland 40-50 minutes, and we appreciated the peaceful setting. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-stocked pantry to the high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway!

I love the this area. It is a perfect location if you don't want to be directly in the city. Newburg is just a lovely country town where you can drive about half an hour into the city, or half an hour to into nature. It has lots of dining and grocery stores within short distance. My extended stay was ideal for remote work and a short commute to work in the city if needed. Christian was very helpful, had occassionaly checked on us through the app to see if our stay was well accomodated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was hot and the tub was perfect for unwinding from tension. The kitchen was nicely updated and had all amenities needed to cook meals. I love the carriage house for it's ample lighting from the windows. You can't miss the sunrise from the living area and the sunset from the kitchen windows. There may be lots of windows, yet there is lots of privacy. I would definitely pick this place anytime I am in need to visit the Portland area.

Loved my time here, the host is so nice and very responsive. Smoke the cat is so cute, we sent a lot of time saying hi to him outside. The hot tub was really nice as-well. The main bed is super comfortable and soft. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this airbnb and the interactions with the host very much. I would definitely stay again :) !

This is the perfect house if you have kids! Awesome pool, movie theatre, indoor sports area/court, arcade! It’s all here! Plus, gorgeous kitchen and living areas for the adults. We came to PDX to see friends we had not seen in a while and it was a great way to host them (all while respecting the quiet hours!). Hosts were super responsive, house was well equipped and we made great memories! Thank you!

Pros: House accommodated 14 of us, no problem at all. The master bath was amazing to relax in! Plenty of towels. Couches are incredibly comfortable. Nice big 3 car garage to use. Cons: Road traffic heard from the master bed. Parking is tricky if you’re at capacity of 14 people, but doable. Even with the cons we would stay again! Just wanted to let others know what to expect before booking.

This location was the perfect home-base for our family while visiting family and friends during Spring Break. Very close to downtown Hillsboro and just a quick drive to get into Beaverton and Portland. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds! Will definitely book to stay here again!

This was a repeat visit for us, and if it works with our schedule, we’ll return every year! Beautiful views, wonderful work space by the fireplace. Great location for us in between Newberg and Beaverton. Just lovely views of wine country, even on cloudy days, and when the clouds part, you can see both Mt Hood and Mt St Helens. Tim is super friendly and helpful in the extreme. There was nothing missing and they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible for enjoying our family for which we were grateful. It is a basement apartment space with the owners living above so perhaps be aware of that. There are large windows with a great view so it doesn’t feel much like a basement. We only point it out so future tenants aren’t surprised like we were. The hosts are wonderful and if you prefer a hosted place you should seriously consider this one.

This is a great little place in the SW hills of Portland. We were quite familiar with the area as my in laws used to live down the road. It is quite close to a lot of the fun things in PDX and is quite quiet, if you want the fun of PDX without the commotion this is the place

Clean and nice house, quiet area, and easy check in. Overall, it was definitely worth it. It's a little far from the highways, but 10/10 would stay again.

Shan-Mei was one of the most wonderful hosts I've ever met using AirBnB. She was so responisve and being so nice as well in all aspects. The house was very clean, neat, and well-organized. No need to emphasize multiple times how spacious and peaceful it was! I will be definitely visit here again next time in the future. Highly recommended! :)

My family and I stayed at Lynn's place for a Spring Break visit and we had a great time. The two bathrooms were nice to have when getting ready in the morning. We enjoyed having access to cable and streaming services when we were relaxing in the evening. Lynn's place had an attached garage we could park in which was nice to have access to during the rain storms. One of favorite things was the location to all the things we wanted to do. There is a great urban forest trail system 1.5 miles away called Tualatin Hills Nature Park. We ran the trails three times during our trip. We would stay at Lynn's place again next time we visit Beaverton, OR.

The Art House perfectly met our needs. From the cozy fireplace to the comfy beds, we felt right at home on this mother-daughter time away. Leah was very responsive and provided a clear balance of privacy and friendliness -- respecting our time alone but inviting us to stop by to say hello should we choose :) We're looking forward to returning with the rest of the family.

great place quiet area,

The location is perfect. Close to everything we needed. The layout was just amazing. Lots of little touches that made any stay convenient. Every spice you could need. And the house was absolutely amazing at responding to our questions even when they were not the smartest. Can’t wait to return to Portland area so we can stay here again.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house was stocked with coffee/creamers and some fridge condiments along with little snacks which was so nice! We had plenty of space and all the furniture was comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the peaceful backyard and hot tub too.

We stayed here for six days and it felt very cozy and like home. Location is nice with a very pleasant back yard. The house stays warm during the winter and we look forward to staying here again.

Loved our stay! Darling space in one of our favorite Portland neighborhoods. Super walkable - close to grocery, restaurants, and coffee shops. The space is well designed, comfy furniture and bed, and super clean. Looks just like the photos. We look forward to returning.

From the first photo of the Kristy's Airbnb, I knew this was the place for us. We were traveling to Portland for our granddaughter's first birthday party. With us were our son and daughter-in-law, and their 2 children - a two-year old and a five-month old infant. Kristy's house was perfect! The toy room was a delight for our grandson, and the home had all of the necessities for the baby. The kitchen was exceptionally furnished, and the house was extremely comfortable and spacious. The backyard play area was a source of never-ending delight for our two-year old grandson. I have stayed at many airbnbs, but Kristy's place was one of the nicest I've stayed at, and yes, I would book it again for next year's birthday party in Portland. Kristy was a very responsive host, and I highly recommend staying at her Airbnb, especially if you have small children. You will not be disappointed.
