Super cozy apartment and very well cared for. Everything clean and organized. Great wifi signal. All very quality and functioning. We feel at home. We will definitely be back, I highly recommend it.

The view from the condo is even more breathtaking than we imagined from the photos. The condo is spacious, clean, and inviting. Cabo Frio is beautiful and staying at this condo means you’re close to everything, especially the beach! The condo building is quiet and peaceful. The pool facilities are clean and enjoyable, and the property is secure and safe. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Felipe is a great host, very helpful and attentive. The apartment is excellent, very comfortable, clean and met all our needs, with great outdoor space for those with a child/adolescent; in addition to the location being perfect. We hope to return soon.

I consider this accommodation as a foot in the sand, as it leaves the Apartment and is already on the beach. Place better than on photos. Impeccable cleaning, airy, air-conditioning in all environments. The furniture is new, fragrant bedding. Brand new Dishes, silverware and pots. The house has a kitchen equipped for short or long stay. The lava and dry is an extra bonus. Silvina answers questions quickly. Quiet apartment, even with the parties in the streets. It is 20m from Bob's , 50m from Raia drug, American stores and 2 very good restaurants: Xodó de Minas and Mineirice. There's a very complete bakery on the corner and a wonderful ice cream shop: Ringo's that makes a perfect roll ice cream. It was a perfect stay.

The stay couldn't have been better, just perfect, the apartment has IT ALL! The condominium is practically a club, pool, sauna, Areia court, game room, absolutely perfect, all extremely clean and organized. The hostess was left us at will all the time and always answered any mininous doubt at the time, finally it still made us a kindness that left the most perfect stay of theq was. we will definitely return for a next weekend or vacation. 1000% reliable, you can rent.

The apartment is excellent, comfortable, well equipped. It is possible to walk to the beach or to the neighborhood of Passagem, where there are many restaurants. In the condominium there is a heated pool and sauna.

Our stadium was wonderful, starting with the check-in. The apartment has an amazing view, elevator,easy access to the beach , to go walking. Supermercado near tbm,the hosts have given us several tour tips. Super recommend! We love Cabo Frio, home of Cabo, Búzios. We will definitely return to Cabo cold, we will be staying in this super comfortable apartment of Natalie.

Personally the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! The condominium is beautiful and my family felt at home. Inside the condominium has a restaurant with good cost benefit. Great place and location!

It was an amazing experience. The house is beautiful! Nova, very well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. Rodrigo is an excellent host. Very attentive, understanding and always available. I was greeted by the employee Mirian, a very competent person love, which made our stay much more enjoyable and enjoyable. The condominium is very complete, with a leisure structure that pleases adults and children, in addition to being very safe. Super we recommend and will return for sure !

Thalita welcomed us very well, we didn't have any Type of problem, just compliments. The house is super close to the beach, all very comfortable and functional. We will return more often, without Question!

Excellent house, spacious, complete with all everyday utensils. Just as it is in the photo. Very good condominium with total infrastructure (swimming pool, sauna, court, playground,...). Approximately 150m from the beach. Mauro was excellent, welcomed us very well and gave us all the tips and contacts of supermarkets and restaurants.

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!

Perfect, the place the location and the information were all accurate, my family very much liked the space of the apt, the children loved the pool. This time we do not travel for leisure, but the next one will undoubtedly be our first accommodation option!

The well spacious, clean, organized apto, the kitchen is well equipped, the leisure area is a pleasant environment and with a beautiful view of the lake.... ideal place for those looking for tranquility!!!!!

Apartment equal to photos, new, well-equipped and clean. Very good beds. Grill on the balcony that is very cool. The building is great, the condo amenities are better than any hostel or hotel in Arraial de Cabo. Academia, sauna, multi-sport field, large pool that even has a small liquor store. Great location, close to restaurants, excursion exits, beaches. Everything is done on foot or with small taxi/uber races. Agile communication with Manuela, which has always helped us with every need. We went as a family and loved our stay. I recommend the accommodation and would come back for sure! You can go without fear!
