It was a great experience. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach and is located close to the bakery , bars and pharmacy. It is a great spot for young couples who like to enjoy a pub at night. Sigi was attentive throughout our stay. For those who like to cook the stove and oven work very well. A car is required for trips to the supermarket.

We had an amazing stay! The space is exactly as described in the listing, wide and well-organized. We were very well received by the co-host Maria, always answering our questions quickly. In addition, the space is very well located, close to markets, restaurants, bakeries and of course the best beaches of Cabo Frio, beach of the dunes and Praia do forte. Of course, we recommend and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful and comfortable Luiz's house, the spectacular and safe complex, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything clean, we loved staying. Luiz was very attentive to messages and resolved all our doubts. Highly recommended. The only thing to keep in mind, it is a little far from the beaches, there is something to go by car or drive in uber or in local transfers. But it definitely deserves it.

We had a week with my friends and the truth is a luxury! Max of the best guests I've ever had, always attentive, nos brindo even recommendations of restaurants and places. The house upon arrival very clean and tidy, I even welcomed us with some complimentary beers with ice! The super equipped kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms also and very comfortable. The view from the gallery and the pool felt like not going to the beach! We will definitely be back!

My experience was amazing! The Apartment is impeccable, the decor is beautiful, the location is excellent! All exactly as in the pictures. The AP has everything you'll need for your stay. The amphitryons are very solicitous, there is a book indicating the beaches and places to visit, you can go to the big beach and there are also good restaurants with a very brief walk. Loved it!

We love our stay on the premises, as in addition to the apartment reflecting the photos, the host was extremely agile and requested in the information and interactions! The condominium's location is also great for enjoying the beach and also the city.

The apto is excellent, well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi works very well. The condominio has the very good infrastructure. As for the location I found it unfeasible for our family, as it is 20 minutes away from the center of Arraial, for those who do not need to go to the center very often it is worth it.
