He made a point to pass us all the local recommendations and presented us with the property in detail, ensuring that we felt at home. The space is great, well organized and has a swimming pool and a BBQ area, which we enjoy a lot. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. We recommend and would certainly return!

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

My stay at Andreia's place was very good. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has all the necessary items to have a great stay. Andreia is a great host, demonstrated flexibility and clarity throughout the process. I recommend it!

Second time we stayed, wonderful house, amazing view, excellent location! Rene always kindly welcomed us once again with a delicious cake! Everything clean and impeccable! If anything is missing in this house, it would be just a fan in the living room, apart from all that wonderful! Restaurant next to super account, location close to everything! Perfect lagoon view! Chácara 81 is an environment of peace and tranquility, it has everything you need to spend the weekend relaxing and having fun. We had the balcony to provide more than one refrigerator, where we use one for everyday things and the other for drinks only. The pool, barbecue and pool allow the guest variety in the activities.

The Caledonia Waterfalls site is even more beautiful in person than it looks from the photos of the listing! A reserved place, surrounded by nature, with a privileged view and several options of trails, waterfalls and other activities within the property. Some features, such as the sauna, rely on prior communication to match the host's availability, but overall we're comfortable exploring and taking advantage of what the space has to offer. The lofts have no fan or air conditioning, so in the heat it can be interesting to take... but in general the cool mountain climate favors the use of indoor fireplaces especially at night, which are extremely safe and comforting. The windows facing the viewpoint positioned towards the sunrise are a separate show. Everything in our stay was amazing, the worst part was to leave, and I look forward to returning to explore what did not take the first time!

Everything we have been told we found in the house, even though it is currently a place with some difficulties on the road to get there, but upon arrival it is worth all the effort the place of accommodation and great very well taken care and clean, the place around is wonderful and perfect for recharging and being willing to return or never leave.
