I loved my stay with Mr. Saul and Mrs. Esmeni! Super kind, kind, and helpful people. Always ready to help with whatever was needed. The house is cute, very clean and organized. For those looking for privacy and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Arraial is the place to be! It is also close and easy to go to any sights there. Also the perfect location: it is close to the beach (by the way beautiful), the lagoon and essential shops. I highly recommend it! Great value for money and the hosts are smores! I will come back for sure 🙂

It is a beautiful and quiet place. 100% recommended. It was 10 days of dreaming with my family . The place complies with everything indicated in the publication and more! . The spotless place, has everything to make your stay a 10, the A/C and ceiling fan in each room are appreciated. The pool sector is dreamy and the best is just for you. Vanusa is a woman's charm, attentive and very concerned that your stay is the best. The place is located in a beautiful sector near the beach of Geriba, you can also go walking to Playa Tartaruga y Ferradura, we arrive as far as Azeda and Azedinha walking around Rua das Pedras , you can also go by Uber works perfect. You are close to downtown to shop at the supermarket. Thank you Vanusa for everything we recommend you with your eyes closed, we will come back for sure .

Super cozy space, extremely concerned with our well-being host, all household utensils working perfectly well, the kids loved the space intended for them. Quiet condominium and close to the sea, I highly recommend it, we will be back as soon as possible. Mainly for the care of host Francisca!

My stay was great! House very close to the beach, quiet place and great energy. Dona Áurea and Seu Luís were very helpful and friendly, they are great hosts. Me and my group of friends had a great New Year's Eve.

Hello Aymara and Rodrigo from here. We spent 5 days in this little house, and we can say that she is very cute. The location is perfect, good restaurants and cafes nearby, and to walk from the bus station there. For those who like tranquility close to everything, it is the best place. We had a small problem with the toilet, which the hosts said would resolve urgently. Tirando that, perfect. Would stay again. Many thanks for the reception, family! Until next time.

Hans guest house I can’t recommend enough, it’s a more local experienced and the guy has lived there since the 1970’s...I mean the street was named after him! The place had photos originally that didn’t do justice for how cool and unique the place actually is, I’m gonna go back by and shoot new ones with him...because the place is super unique. I’ve traveled to Buzios 4 times, and to find a place right above the beach with such character...is not easy. It’s rustic and built strong by Hans himself (architect/builder). The house upstairs has a pool with a beautiful deck and view, I was trying to convince him to allow guests to use that for a premium price point...we’ll see what he decides lol. Lastly the location is great, stone throw from Porto do Barra, where a string of classy restaurants frequented by Brazil’s most beautiful people. It’s literally a 3-minute walk on the beach, restaurant Nami is bomb must try. It also has an organic grocery store as well. I it really is a cool private getaway, I was solo on my trip but definitively something to consider for couples. Thanks Hans!

I still can't believe I was so lucky to live in this lovely place for so little money! That is totally to note! And the most valuable thing is the care and goodwill of the hosts! I will definitely return!

The place is very nice Less than 5 min from the center of Praia Seca , by car, and on foot a little more. But it's quiet and takes us to a good lagoon and other nearby tourist sites. Beautiful house, great condominium and strategic point for Arubinha, Figueira, Monte Alto, Praia do Pneu, Praia da Pernambuca and other locations. One of the best places I've stayed.

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, as well as in the pictures. It was all great. Only point I think they could better describe is that in the advertisement it speaks parking included and there is no car, only for motorcycle, but in the advertisement it does not specify, but the street is very quiet to park and guarded by cameras, so there were no problems.

My parents, who stayed at Camila's place, loved the place! Correspondia with the photos and Camila was super gentle and flexible!

Crystal's place is great for spending a few days with the family. Everything was well organized and clean, we were greeted by Claudia, who takes care of the house, at the agreed time, and the space was perfect for us to enjoy the holiday. The house has everything for a good stay, from bed linen and towels, to kitchen utensils. We were also able to take advantage of the barbecue and pool to spend an afternoon with family.

The space is small, but cozy and with a super comfort, it was perfect for me and my boyfriend. In addition, the location is excellent, one block from the beach practically and is very close to the center. Facundo and Celeste are perfect hosts, they have welcomed us well and helped us in everything we need. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!
