Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rio de Janeiro

Our stay was perfect! The location is wonderful, overlooking the Christ, and the apartment is amazing: everything very clean and organized, spacious and well-equipped rooms, with air conditioning. João and Pedro were very helpful and the stay was impeccable from beginning to end!

The place is great, nice apartment, well cared for and with everyday items. Great shower, new air conditioning. Fabiana is anticipated in the instructions, it is very accessible and that is very good! Very good experience!

The location is excellent for those who want to stay in the central region of Rio de Janeiro (city). It is very close to the Arcos da Lapa and is situated in a quiet street. Indico quite for those who do not know the city, as it is in a great location to get around to other regions. About the apartment, it serves 3 people well, being 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The structure of the building is very good, having a swimming pool and gym with 1 elevator and two ordinances (one entrance and one exit). The only point I need to highlight is that the Centro do RJ, as well as in several Brazilian capitals, is full of homeless people and, very late at night, if you are alone, it can be a problem, but in groups it is super quiet. I plan to come back again and again.

Isabelle received us with great affection, left a mime for our arrival, a delicious breakfast, in addition to being very attentive and helpful. The apartment is PERFECT, has no defects, wide, quiet, chic and super cozy. Fully equipped! The location is wonderful, there is everything close and a supermarket in the front that makes it much easier. 24-hour gatehouse, the super helpful gatekeepers. I definitely recommend it and we will return more often!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Renata’s beautiful home. Easily the most beautiful house in the island. The house was absolutely gorgeous and well worth the trek up the stairs. Everything was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there. Renata and her husband were extremely responsive and accommodating. 10/10, would recommend.

I enjoy staying in this apartment. It is my preferred place in Rio for long-term stays.

Great and very comfortable place, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pool. Host answers quickly by answering all of our questions. And we were still positively surprised when we arrived to check in. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

I had the pleasure of staying at an extraordinary house perched atop a mountain near Praia Grande, facing Ilha do Araújo in Paraty. The panoramic ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop that made the entire stay feel magical. The house itself was beautifully designed, blending luxury with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The daily visits from the helpful housekeeper ensured everything was kept spotless, making the experience even more relaxing. Renato, the host, was exceptional—attentive and responsive to every need, making me feel truly cared for throughout the trip. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in Paraty!

My stay was great! Beautiful house, comfortable and in every detail of the house I could see how excellent the house is. We went with the family, total of 10 people and yet we are all at ease. Great house to stay with children, as the pool is surrounded (has protection). Another point about the pool is that I was surprised by the size, it is bigger than it appears in the photo, in addition to having a waterfall. All windows with insect protection, air-conditioned rooms, cozy room and super functional kitchen. Really just get in and enjoy the hosting. Condominio with playground. I hope to return soon!

Nicolás was a great host and super friendly before and during our stay. He had great recommendations & tips for the area and also with how to use the hot tub and barbecue. The place was just as described and was very cosy and we felt right at home!

What a beautiful place ! We were a party of 13 and absolutely loved it . The house has a good distribution, is comfortable and really inviting and practical . There is a superb sound system around the house , kitchen is pristine and well equipped and the staff is very polite and professional. We had stayed in the area before in other houses and this has been our favourite. We have used every single area in the house and had enjoyed the attention to detail. Moa is great , helpful. This is one place that I fully recommend and would come back ! Thank you

This was my first time using an Airbnb and It was a great experience. Judging by the pictures, I thought the place was going to be smal, but it was way better. The kitchen and bathroom had everythneed I needed and the condominium staff was very helpful and kind. Stephanie promptly responded to any of my questions. The apartment is on a quiet location, yet near grosser store, Plaza shopping, MAC and other attractions. When going back to Rio, I will definitely considered getting her place again.

This place is spectacular!! The views are breathtaking. You can see the ocean, mountains, city lights and Christ the redeemer all from the living room and bedroom. The apartment is modern with clean. I highly recommend this stay to anyone with a short stay or long stay. The hosts were very responsive and attentive! Don’t wait book now!

It was my first experience on Airbnb and it was simply wonderful, sorry that it was over, I am already searching here for a date to be able to return soon. The hosts gave us several tips and were very flexible regarding check-in and checkout. Perfect Td, I loved it.

Beautiful condominium, with incredible leisure area and view!!! Ground apto, in front of the lagoon, with a size suitable for what is proposed. We are pleased and if there is a chance we will return. Paulo the host is super polite and thoughtful. Only observation is that it needs to be by car there, as it is a few quilomenters from both Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. The beach in front of the condominium, although 1km of sand trail is well worth knowing, it is a very beautiful deserted beach.

It was a wonderful stay. Mr. Fábio welcomed us extremely well! We will definitely come back!

Place exactly as described, I thought it was great to find the refrigerator on and cold water waiting for us. Delicious bed, pillows and bedding.

The apartment was incredibly beautiful, spacious and peaceful. Everything in working order and clean. The location was perfect to enjoy Rio at it's best.
