The lodge perfectly suited our needs with two dogs. We were comfortable and made to feel very welcome by all the staff we met.

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group of women. It had everything we needed and wanted and it was even better than the pictures. Rob was very helpful and responsive and it all worked very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The place is beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub was amazing and had just the right amount privacy. The added bonus was having the bus stop at the end of the lane meant that we visited Bath in the day with ease (buses run every 10-15 minutes). Couldn’t fault the stay! Would definitely recommend: I look forward to revisiting at some point!

Kate was a fantastic host. The accommodation had everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city centre but in a very quiet road and close to a brilliant pub. We will definitely check availability next time we return to Bath!

A second very comfortable stay, thank you! This is a beautiful, well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfy property. The hot tub is brilliant, with lovely views over the fields behind. We also appreciated all the thought that has gone into making guests comfortable, from the fresh milk and local cheese in the fridge, to the home made cake, to the stove made up ready to light, and not to forget the extremely comfy beds. Communication was always prompt, friendly and helpful - we were very grateful for the flexibility around check in and check out times. We will hope to come back!

Thank you for hosting us, Aisha. The cottage and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. Inside, the cottage is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom is a particular highlight and features a fantastic bath and underfloor heating. We were fortunate to spend New Year’s Eve at this property and were greeted with a Christmas/NYE card and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch! Thank you for that! Aisha was very responsive both before and during our trip, answering a question we had on arrival really promptly. A fantastic retreat in a peaceful village - with Bath being close by if you want to drive and explore locally! Would definitely recommend and return! Thank you.

We had such a fantastic stay. The manor is incredible and it’s hard to believe something like it was available for rental. It really made our hen party magical. It’s been done really nicely done - all the things you need in the 21st century (including hot water for 17 back to back showers!!) whilst keeping so much authenticity and charm. Becky was a great host - incredibly responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us to stay.

We loved our stay hosted by Gus at the cottage! What a lovely welcome with a cute basket full of goodies. We picked this stay due to my 2 year old who is obsessed with farmland/ tractors and this was the perfect location. Elsewhere cottage is a lovely space for a family of 4 (2 year old and 8 month old). Bedrooms were spacious , kitchen was tidy and offered all that was needed for our 4 night stay. Gus’s outdoor space is amazing and fantastic when you have young children - thank you allowing us to roam freely around your private space including the tractors! Please also extend our gratitude to Colin who we met on Friday evening, he allowed my son to look around his hanger and of course he found more tractors. We’ll definitely be back for sure! Thank you again Gus you was super!

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Bath. A home from home. A big thank you to our hosts who were both thoughtful and helpful. The check in and check out times were very flexible. All of our party thought it was an excellent place and we hope to visit again .

I chose this place for its location and the lay out - very sociable, good for my family stay. The flat has a lovely feel to it. Also very quiet considering it’s next to a main road. Unloading and loading the car was done as quickly as possible outside the flat, the steps up to the flat need to be taken with care. Parking was Ok round the corner.. The view of the park opposite is great. The kitchen is well equipped. Jason always got back to me within 6 hours which was great until I locked my keys inside the flat. ( my bad) He responded as soon as he could and the problem was solved, 6 hours later. Thank you Jason.

Tony's place is a very comfortable 4 bedroom house with spacious rooms. Just like in the picture, very neat and tidy. It was just 2 miles from Bath City center and there is a bus stop right on front of the house making it convenient to get to the city center.

my two friends and I had a lovely few days staying at John's, it was very comfortable and a beautiful building. The location was second to none,very central and we found we could easily access all of the amenities and facilities that bath had to offer on foot.The price was very reasonable, particularly as it was such a huge space. we had everything we needed and would definitely return.

What a great place to stay, its in a nice quiet street and is home away from home. me and my son both thought it was a great place stay!

We loved our stay in Bath. We loved the house and it was very convenient with parking outside and a park nearby. The beds were very comfortable and lots of downstairs space.

Wonderful house, with AMAZING views. Just got back from a few nights stay over New Year period with our young family, and the property was perfect. Great location to pop into Bath, nice walks nearby too. Andrew and Emily are wonderful hosts and their communication was always super fast and helpful. Will definitely be back!

We were 8 adults and 3 young children and we had a great stay. Ann was a great host and really helpful with everything. Would 100% recommend. Lots of amenities and everything is really well thought out and done.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. I’d never arranged a gathering with this many people before, so I was worried how it would turn out, but I needn’t have been, everything was fantastic from the get-go. The instructions to find the house were flawless, and there was plenty of parking space for us all. None of the bedrooms felt cramped, even though there were so many of us, and there were plenty of bathrooms dotted around. The kitchen is vast, with multiple fridges and a great oven, and we really enjoyed being able to eat together around the massive dining room table. The living room could accommodate all of us, and much fun was had with the pool and table football tables, as well as the hot tub. Throughout our stay our hosts were invisible unless we needed them, at which point they replied swiftly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large party, thanks for having us!

We had a fabulous stay at Lois’ for a weekend friends reunion. Lois and Paul were welcoming and took the time to talk us through local information. The house had more sleeping areas than we’d realised, which was great. We used the pool and were delighted to find Lois had left us an array of treats in the kitchen. Thank you for having us, I am sure we’ll be back to this fab location.

Had an amazing time at the home this weekend. The house was better than I anticipated. Plenty of room and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The bar and cinema were amazing for entertaining. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was available to answer my questions even late in the evening. I would highly recommend this booking and would love to stay again.

What a wonderful place to spend time and create memories with family. Location was superb, facilities available to use i.e. swim, restaurants and spa were superb and the accommodation was spotless, well equipped and welcoming. Cannot fault it and will be back. Thank you Jan and Jamie

Just back from a lovely stay at The Elms. Jan was very helpful and friendly and the info on the app was really handy. The accommodation is easy to find and set in stunningly beautiful surroundings, the gardens are gorgeous and I can imagine it’d be paradise in summer with the swimming pool (obviously not in use in Feb!) The Elms was lovely and cosy and has everything you need to make yourself at home. The beds were lovely and comfy, plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean throughout. We drove to most of the local places of interest and didn’t get to walk much of the surrounding countryside due to the weather but I’m sure there are some beautiful walks to be had in the area. The local chippy was nice and there’s a CoOp just down the road which was handy. All in all a great stay, thank you Jan!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Hilary was a great host, she greeted us when we arrived and we really enjoyed the handmade flapjacks. We were not brave enough to go in the pool (February) but it looked beautiful. The house was comfortable and had all that we needed. Really enjoyed sitting in the kitchen looking outside and seeing the deer.
