Light and airy one bedroom guest house

A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

The place is well situated Maisonette close to the University and within short walking distance of most attractions such as the Suspension Bridge, The Downs, Clifton Village, Park Street and the Bristol Harbour. Although Tudor House is located in a quiet neighbourhood in leafy Redland, just around the corner on Whiteladie's Road is great nightlife with restaurants, bars and pubs. The immediate environment is friendly and quiet with small shops and local pubs but the city centre is close by.

Amazing Victorian House overlooking the docks

Beautiful, arty, four bedroomed Victorian family house. The house backs onto the historical docks and has the river Avon at the front. situated in the city centre on Spike Island. Stunning views, all mod cons, only a few mins walk from Wapping Wharf and the city centre. Free wifi, 1Gbps & parking for two cars. This is an amazing space for a getaway with family and friends. We have been super hosts on Airbnb for years, offering rooms in our house. We are now offering the whole house.

Gorgeous large three bedroom cottage on a small working farm inside Bristol. Private gardens and hot tub. Offering the best of city and country life. Amazing location just a £10 uber ride into the centre of Bristol. Uniquely positioned with fantastic and easy driving into Bristol as well as stunning views of the city from the farmland. Such a lovely place to stay, it was very clean and tidy with all the equipment and utensils you need. It is right in the centre, easy to walk to the city but still quiet, didn’t hear any outside noise. Juliette was easy to chat to, replied quickly when I messaged and helped with parking recommendations. All in all a lovely stay for me and my partner :)

Clear instructions were given on where to find the property and how to enter - this made it stress free. We required a cot and this was provided along with bedding options. Extremely clean, modern with all that we needed for our short stay. Plenty of shops and spots nearby.

Lovely weekend away in Bristol and a reunion for my wife and I with my adult 2 sons and their GFs while my daughter is studying at UoB and lived close by. Our dog came too! Good to be close to the Downs and walking distance to Clifton and Bristol City centre. The house was plenty big enough and has been nicely renovated. David, our host, was very helpful with all the admin and recommendations for nice places to eat, pubs and local amenities.

Ashley was a great host with a brilliant property! It was very clean and tidy and looked exactly like the photos! We spent 3 nights here while in town for a concert! It’s roughly a 20 minute uber from bristol city centre which was on average £25 in an XL! There was 6 of us and this suited us perfectly as we valued time over money! You can get local transport for cheaper but does take longer! The hot tub was extremely well looked after and easy to use! It was also the perfect touch to our rainy weekend as it was perfectly warmed and under a cover! Theres a few board games and what not there too which is a lovely touch! The rooms were comfortable and clean and everyone slept perfectly for the 3 nights we spent there! Theres a nice amount of social space and the bedrooms are a good size! Arrival and departure were simple and ashley was very responsive during our stay if we had any questions! 100% will look to stay again on our next visit to bristol!

Absolutely loved our stay at this place, clean, tidy, an extremely well presented. Perfect location for easy access to the train station and a short walk into town. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and helpful with our technical difficulties operating to the heating! The only thing I would improve on is a slightly softer mattress.. other than that, will definitely stay again next time we visit the area for an overnight stay

Ben's place has one of the most spectacular views overlooking the SS Great Britain across the canal. It is well-furnished and makes you feel just like home. Everything is clean & functional. We had slight issues with the hot water boiler & the electricity, but Ben was very responsive and with his aid they were solved with ease. Would recommend!

David and Tanya were very kind and responsive - we requested a last minute extension to our stay and they managed to accommodate us. The house was great for a family with kids. Loads of books and toys for the children to enjoy. The beds were comfy for a great night's sleep. Location is excellent - just a short bus ride to Temple Meads from where you can access anywhere in Bristol. Thank you!
