This was my second stay at Linda's, which is now an automatic choice for me when I'm in Whitby. There are 2 rooms, a single and double. I like the single which, though only a box room, has enough space for my short stay and a lovely view of Linda's immaculate garden. I love a busy bird feeder. Linda is lovely, kind and friendly. Her Cockapoo, Teddy, is friendly and every bit as welcoming. I couldn't wish for a better place to stay or a more gracious host.

Wonderful host, felt right at home from the off and so many lovely extra touches with the stay. Was lovely getting to know Kath and she was so friendly and helpful as well as flexible with check in. The room was perfect and had everything you’d need and more. Can’t recommend enough for anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Excellent host who was very accommodating even though I was booking last minute. I'd definitely recommend Kates place if looking to stay in this area.

Karen and Grace's place is the best air BnB I've stayed in so far.The mud bed in double room that I stayed in was fantastic and generally the best night sleep I've had in years , 4 hours sleep felt like 12 . Karen and Grace are lovely and I generally feel my life has been inrinched sinfe meeting them . Karen is extremely interesting to talk to about a whole range of topics , I felt like I learnt valuable wisdom from her and her guest. The house is lovely , the garden is relaxing , the bathroom is A plus . The coffee machine is fantastic! Does not feel like a typical air BnB but more so a temp home due to how Karen and Grace make you feel. if I could afford it id stay here every day. A benchmark for air BnB hosts!"lI will be staying now and then from now on . This is a bench mark for air bnb's in my view and I think it's not just about the place but the people and this is a great example. would highly recommend.

Marion was so helpful from start to finish. She was really responsive and helpful with recommendations when I asked on restaurants. Apartment was super clean with a space outside to prepare the breakfast items and drinks plus a mini fridge. She was flexible on check-in. She even brought with us being there over Easter my little boy an egg which was such a lovely touch. She was warm and welcoming. Everything was really clean and a nice warm shower. View was really nice from the window and the area was super quiet. Only things I could say otherwise would be trying to find on Saturday nav it takes you further down the lane so an image of the front of the house maybe sent on booking could be helpful to locate and the doors downstairs can be loud on closing but these were minor. Such a hospitable and friendly host.

Susan is a great host. Friendly and professional, answered queries very quickly and was proactive in making sure we had arrival information in good time. Apartment was clean and well furnished and in a nice part of Saltburn. We enjoyed our stay 😃

Maria is a very pleasant lady to speak to. She responds to any queries or questions quite quickly. She helpful and genuine. I would recommend Maria's flat, especially if you need a self check in place that you can check into after a long journey. Maria's flat is clean and tidy , and has a very comfy bed, and bedding. I slept well while I stayed there, it felt like home from home, a cosy space during the time I needed to stay somewhere while building work was being done in my new home. I would stay there again for sure if I needed to, and would recommend it to friends if they were visiting the area.

This location suited us, it was close to the beach, local cafes and shops. It had everything we needed. Parking wasn't easy, no doubt becuase of the time of year, but we manged to park close by when we did move the car. Susan left clear instructions before check in and it was easy to get into the property. We would recommend. Thank you 😊

Our second stay at The Studio, and it was fabulous. The accommodation is immaculate, very well equipped, and has a wonderful view over the fields to the hills. A very good breakfast selection is provided, and we love the fresh fruit. It has everything you need for either a short or long stay. We definitely need to stay longer! Jean provides a very warm Yorkshire welcome and that’s one of the reasons we will return again. Lovely to meet Rick on this stay too. Location is ideal for exploring both coast and moors. It’s also well worth the 20ish minute walk into the Stokesley town, with a river walk, shops, pubs and restaurants. The Studio is excellent value for money, and we look forward to returning again very soon.

Really warm and friendly hosts! Staying at their place felt really cosy and nice - having a functioning fireplace and a hearty breakfast makes it feel as if at home.

Katy & Stephen are really friendly and made us welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast provided with lovely home made bread and jams. It's in a lovely area, with lots of great walks to explore.

George and Christine made us feel extremely welcomed into their home from the first moment we arrived. Their home is imacculately presented and the bedrooms were spotless. The included breakfast was a lovely unexpected surprise and was delicious! We stayed for two nights with our Cockapoo and he even enjoyed playing with George and Christine's Cockapoos in the garden! Overall, we would definitely like to stay again and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

We loved our stay at Ruth’s. She was a wonderful host, ensuring that we had a most comfortable and enjoyable time in her special house. Of all the places we have stayed in Whitby, this was by far the best. We can’t wait to return!

Spent a very comfortable night at Mulgrave, wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Spacious room, great shower and a lovely breakfast. Surroundings are very tranquil lovely spot to relax.

I stayed for 4 nights. Helen gave me a very warm welcome and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. Daisy the dog was always excited to greet me.The room was comfortable, the bed comfort excellent and the shower excellent. The continental breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with fresh croissant and pastries, yoghurt, muesli, granola, fresh orange juice, and fresh coffee, and they were delivered to the room. I had access to a small fridge and coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. There is a Lidl across the road, very handy for provisions. I have stayed in many b&b's in Whitby, but Helen's is the best.

We had a great stay for 2 nights whilst visiting family in the Bay. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a short walk to the pub, restaurants and the beach.
