first solo long stay experience on Airbnb! I think the place has everything one can need for a long stay, I stayed for 30 days. so I am pretty sure it is well equipped for short stays. kakuli's place has been made with an eye for detail. from the decor to the amenities provided, everything gels well. the best thing though is the warmth of the host family and their helpful attitude. I was lucky to have been staying with this family through the bihu festival because they welcomed me into the celebrations. got a first hand experience of their culture and unparalleled food. additionally, the guwahati zoo and forest reserve is a stone's throw away, and a beautiful public park is too. great for walks. the house is conveniently located in an inner street so you are protected from traffic noise. however, the place is walkable to great bars/restaurants/shopping/yoga. ++ the friendly labrador! I would highly recommend the place to anyone new to the city or region.

Had a great stay at Jironi. The host Punyajit was very polite and helpful. The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures and was easy to reach. I'll definitely recommend anyone looking to stay in Guwahati to check out this place.
