We were looking for a place to come back to in Shillong while traveling to other parts of Meghalaya during the day. The cabin worked perfectly for us and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Carissa was very responsive and also helped with cab and other local recommendations. It was also lovely to have a chat with Bill and Carissa.

I recently stayed at Anirban's place and had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The property is located in a serene, quiet area, which made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The tranquility of the surroundings was truly refreshing. In addition to the peaceful setting, the place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Every corner of the house was spotless, and it was clear that the hosts put great care into ensuring a hygienic and comfortable stay. The clean environment made it easy to settle in and enjoy my time there. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and rejuvenating retreat!

We had a wonderful stay here for a week. We used it as our base to travel around the East Khasi and Jaintia hills. The accommodation allowed us the flexibility to cook our own meals, making it very convenient. Awesome food was also available, which the very helpful caretakers and staff immediately brought at even short notice from nearby restaurants. The host was very helpful, immediately sorting out any requests of ours; just sending a message would get an immediate resolution. Most importantly though was the lovely, private cottage which was very peaceful, allowing us quiet evenings and lovely mornings. Thank you Ian and all your staff.

The property was exactly as described and matched our requirements. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us some local recommendations for within and outside Shillong, for which we are forever grateful as we ended up having a beautiful trip here. The caretaker staff was also very helpful. Also, Autumn is the cutest dog!

Outstanding option to stay in Shillong. Super host, excellent location and squeaky clean apartment. All amenities are thoughtfully provided. The breakfast basket is really a nice gesture. Coming back for sure in future - be it a solo trip or with family.

Very well maintained peaceful place, just looks like given photographs. Host was very cooperative and responsive. Only drawback is that it is far from the centre of the city. Rest is very good.

Our stay at Roseville was terrific. The place is on the side of a hill, so you have a fantastic view right outside your door during your stay there. It's a peaceful place, yet close enough to the town to walk around. Their description of the property is accurate. The house has all the amenities that one would need. If you don't feel like cooking, you can have food delivered to the home. There are some great restaurants nearby that offer some delicious north-eastern food. Jason was very accommodating to all our requests, and Mimmie was a gracious host to us during our time there. I hope we visit Shillong and spend time at this excellent listing!

Perfect location, spacious and clean. the balcony was looo..ng and beautiful. There's no lift though, but that wasn't much of a hindrance Great stay for that price 👍
