Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.

The home is in a neighborhood with a private boat ramp that is on the Rainbow River, 5 minute walk or ride to a private 3 acre park, with FREE use of the kayaks, paddle boards and canoe for the river. A golf cart is on site to tow the trailer for the kayaks down to the ramp. Fishing gear and bikes to enjoy also. No smoking, no pets and no parties please.
