Monthly Rentals in Quindio

The place is one of the best neighborhoods of Armenia, very quiet, very safe. Very good starting point to do a lot in the nearby villages of Salento, Circasia, etc. On the ground floor is a small supermarket to provide yourself with the essentials. The entire infrastructure is a few minutes' walk away. Access is secured with private security. An underground parking space is available. Our host always responded within a few minutes, which made the booking, arrival and stay very pleasant. We'll be back.

We have stayed in nearly 30 Airbnbs so far and all of them were good, some exceptional. But we have never experienced such a friendliness. Marylena organized the transport from the airport and helped us to find a good tour to Tochecito (go with fog walkers, much more wax palms and much less people than Valle de Cocora) and recommended very good restaurants and even drove us to the bus terminal on the last day. We had to come one day later as our international flight was canceled. She paid the transport from the airport to compensate for the lost night, which she needed not to do - another sign of the incredible Colombian friendliness. The Apartment is 100% displayed on the fotos, but much better is the wonderful large garden and it’s amazing that you can see so many different species of birds. The apartment is in a quiet area and only 10 minutes from the city center. We cannot recommend enough to stay with Marylena. Thanks for wonderful days in Filandia.

my stay and my family's very cozy, very comfortable, the apartment is nice and complete, very good location, quiet, nice area and easy to reach, supermarkets and restaurants very close, we would come back safely, I totally recommend it

Gerardo and Johanna's cabin is absolutely beautiful. It is private and rustic and such a calm place to listen to the river and watch the birds. Gerardo is very easy to communicate with. His wife and son met us at the road to drive us down to their cabin which was very helpful as it was raining. They were very kind and welcoming and we would definitely recommend staying here!
