The place is very cozy and quiet, with everything you need inside for a cozy stay; it has air conditioning, fans, a nice window and balcony, the social areas such as the pools, jacuzzi, and slide, are great if you are in a family group or with children. All in all necessary to rest and have a very pleasant time. France was always very attentive to help us and inform us with any questions. Overall we really liked it and had a great vacation.

Beautiful apartment exactly as advertised! Fully equipped, perfect location! Gorgeous view! Great communication with hosts. Delightful cross draft when the windows are open, although a bit noisy from the traffic below. Highly recommend!!

My experience in Sebastian's apartment was excellent. The place is just as described: clean, comfortable and perfectly located. The decor is modern and cozy, ideal for resting after exploring the city. The bed is very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. Sebastian was an incredibly responsive host, always willing to answer questions and make sure our stay was perfect. He even left us some local recommendations that made our visit even more special. Everything was great, I had a long stay and had no complaints and when I asked about the surroundings they were very accurate and friendly, apartment clean, impeccable, with all the amenities you could need and even more, there were even a lot of amenities that I didn't use and felt like at home, I will definitely come back if I go on vacation to Armenia.
