The accommodation is worth for the value, with beautiful view, quiet and convenient location. Rooms are very clean. Very happy with the experience, highly recommend!

We stayed as a family of four adults and a toddler , it was comfortable nice and warm well appointed and the view was amazing .Nice and handy to Queenstown and Frankton and you can walk the path into Queenstown to avoid the ridiculous parking fees .We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to others .Overall a nice place to stay for our 14 night Queenstown holiday .Our host Sara was very helpful and I would not hesitate using them again .The accommodation was as per the photos , the games and books for a toddler were great our little one had no issues with the stairs .

Me and my partner really enjoyed the lake house apartment. The views are breathtaking making every morning feel magical. We especially loved sitting on the balcony enjoying our cups of coffee taking in the tranquility. The place was very clean and well maintained. Decor was very beautiful with a balancing mix of modern and rustic touches. The hosts were super responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we comfortable and feeling right at home. And lastly the bed was super cosy. I highly recommend this place to others aswell The decor was modern with a touch of rustic feel to it making it feel inviting.

This year we returned to this place, but now on the first line from the lake. The duplex house has a unique layout divided between the first and third levels by an additional unit with a separate entrance for other residents, thereby providing excellent sound insulation between living room and master bedroom. The view from the bedroom balcony is stunning. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A couple of kms from the craziness of Queenstown (i.e. if you want to be right in town, this isn't it), with great views and right up from the really nice bike/hike/running trail that connects to Queenstown. Totally adequate for a two-night stay.

All 4 of us were beyond blown away by this place. Fitted our needs and then some. Actually spent more time cooking and dining at home than expected because of the kitchen, bbq and incredible views of the lake. The only negative we could come up with was that we weren’t able to overstay our welcome and squat here forever. It was the consensus that we will book this apartment should we return to NZ next year.

The location of this house is awesome, beautiful view and very close to the city center. It would be even better if the house has a bigger hot water tank, limited usage if you’re living with big family. Generally great experience.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views and close to town. We had a pram so it was perfect to just head out the gate and walk along the lake without having to navigate stairs. We would stay again!

Travelling with family of 6 plus grandparents. Was a great stay and 5-10 mins from airport and 5-10mins from town depending on traffic. The layout was good for us as we could stay upstairs while the grandparents had the self contained unit downstairs. The main living room was great and had a big window that captured the views amazingly. The outside had a nice little outside space with table and chairs and great on the couple of sunny days. The hottub was good on our ski days and overlooked the water which was nice. The property was clean and functional and had the basics. The bedrooms were on the smaller side but was fine for that style and time of building. One thing to keep in mind is that the driveway is a little harder to get down coming from the south if you have a long wheel base. This is due to the orientation of the hairpin corner. It sometimes hard to get out from during busy times if heading south as you cannot clearly see around the corner and can be dangerous.

Thank you Henk for everything. We totally enjoyed our ever first Air B&B experience. The house is nice, cozy and very home-feeling. We were traveling with 2 girls and they loved your house very much. The kitchen has everything we need and we enjoyed making breakfast ourselves every morning. I hope to come back again:)

The location of house is great. You could take a walk around the river. The Kitchen and space are nice. You feel like being at home. It is worth staying there over night.

Nicola’s place was a beautiful space. We had a big group from all corners of the world for a destination wedding. It was a great space with a magnificent view. Convenient for a cheeky dip to wake up just 20s walk down a pathway Beautiful 1 hour walk along the Queenstown track through the gardens into town. 10/10 experience and can’t rave enough about this place

Great location, great view! Very comfortable couch, in front of a picture window overlooking the lake, gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed our evening walks, across the street at the park there’s a nice path. We especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location. It was 10 to 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown, yet there was a shopping center that met all of our needs about five minutes away. And there were a few planes each day, but the view and the peacefulness of the setting were completely worth it!

I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars. The photos do not do this place justice. You truly cannot capture the beauty and tranquility in a photo. I think it’s safe to say this was my favorite airbnb experience to date— the hosts are wonderful and the house truly has everything you need. Arrowtown down the street is so quaint and lovely, but we loved the house so much, we opted to spend a lot of our free time there. Will happily be back in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The place was easy to find. The stay is also in a very good location, it’s close to the town centre. The host is also very nice and friendly.

This was an absolutely perfect place for our stay in Queenstown. It is ideally located with a very short walk to town centre. The accomodation was immaculate - and very well appointed. Keren was super responsive and a great host. We will be back without a doubt!

Most amazing location! Our room was the perfect distance from town centre with the lake on our doorstep. Clear and easy instructions for checkin. Very comfy beds, the place had everything we needed! Thankyou for a great stay :)
