Quartu Sant'Elena vacation rentals

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

Nicola, der Hausbesitzer war ausgesprochen freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit. immer Erreichbar. check in / out Total Problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, schön und geräumig. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Dir Lage ist für das Erkunden von Sehenswürdigkeiten ist toll. Ideal für Wanderungen und Flamingos Beobachtung. Cagliari,sehr schöne Stadt, nur 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Super Strände in der Nähe.

Staying at Katia's place is like spending time in an old friend's home. It is very cozy and full of character - it felt like getting to know Katia even though she was in a different city at the time of my visit. The flat is in the old Marina neighbourhood, perfectly located for public transport links and all the city sites. You can enjoy the late afternoon sun from the top balcony, which was a welcomed plus. Katia herself was very responsive and helpful during my stay as a solo traveller. Her tips were very useful and appreciated!

Had a great time , the apartment was in a great location close to shops ,sites and restaurants .l would definitely recommend staying here to explore Cagliari and the beautiful island of Sardinia. Fiona

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

If you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday then look no further. Philip was responsive in messaging and Cedric whom met us was lovely, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was everything we wanted. A nice simple place close to a beautiful beach without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is a small supermarket close by with a cafe and restaurant too. A small village that had fresh fruit and veg, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office. The house itself was perfect- 2 adults & 4 kids. It was peaceful and really did feel like a home away from home. I hope one day we can return.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Massimo's Appartment! Die Kommunikation und der Check-In waren sehr einfach und freundlich. Das Airbnb ist sauber, toll eingerichtet und überzeugt mit einem gemütlichen Außenbereich inkl. Meerblick. Innerhalb von 15 - 30 min. erreicht man schöne Strände und kleine Buchten, die im Oktober sehr leer sind. Auto ist aber ein Muss. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung, in der Küche könnten ein paar mehr Utensilien sein. Ein Ofen wäre für längere Aufenthalte praktisch, es geht aber auch ohne. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Airbnb zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Gloria hat schon vor der Anreise alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und auch während dem Aufenthalt sich super gekümmert. Die Villa Delle Stelle hat eine einmalige Lage und war trotz das die Ausstattung und das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen ist, der perfekte Platz für unseren Urlaub. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Meer über ein paar Felsen unterhalb der Villa und der traumhafte Strand ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
