Maria Francesca is welcoming and responsive. The well-located apartment with a parking space and elevator was perfect for our stay. Lots of charm, with a lovely view of the sea, it is much more spacious than the photos show. Clean, well arranged, from impeccable bedding and baths to the little treats left by Maria F., everything is planned to make you feel good. The self check-in and check-out are very nice especially when the plane arrives at night. The accommodation is well located, next to a supermarket, close to Poetto beach and salins where to walk near the flamingos is very nice. Another big thank you to Maria Francesca for her kindness, book without worry!

I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

We had a great stay at Giorgio's, the apartment is spacious and very pleasant to live in, we immediately felt at home. Very clean space, true to photos. Well equipped. Clean and comfortable bedding. Quiet accommodation. Enjoyable air conditioning. We were well received by Carolina, she was always responsive and accommodating for our requests. Only very small downside, during our stay we did not have access to wifi because of a box problem but this did not have a real impact on our stay. Otherwise everything was very good, I would recommend! Grazie mille Carolina 🙂

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

The place is exactly the one in the photos. It's essential, the furniture is a little "old style" but very well maintained. A large mirror wouldn't hurt. It's in a great location for getting around downtown. Just minutes from the station and two minutes from the central square where there are many clubs, Bus and Taxi stop. Despite being in the center, it's on a quiet and quiet street. All essential amenities are nearby.

The place is calm and cosy. Marco is a great host and didn’t hesitate to recommend great plans during our stay. He’s proactive and made us feel at home. Totally recommend

Our stay was great - a really beautiful location with easy access to lots of stunning beaches all within a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

Great little cottage with everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautifully kept and the house is extremely clean. Host is lovely. The best part about the house is the beach nearby. It's absolutely glorious. Driving away, we regretted not spending more time there!

We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will come back very gladly!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well presented. Some lovely finishing touches the red and white wine on the table on arrival and some water and juices in the fridge. The host was available to direct us to the property and check-in was very flexible as we arrived early. He explained everything we needed to know on arrival. Everything you might need to self-cater was available although we ate out on an evening or had a takeaway meal on the balcony. The bathroom had everything required a good shower and plenty of hot water. In the kitchen, we made use of the coffee machine, washing machine, and water filter. The beds were really comfy and our daughter chose to spend her nights on the mezzanine floor giving her some private space. Lounge area had a large pull-out sofa bed but we left it as a sofa so ample seating space and indoor table and chairs for 4. Balcony with table and chairs for 2 and clothes racks for drying. The decor was beautiful.

Everything was fine . Parking and ample space . There was everything you need for daily life, even at our disposal everything for the sea umbrella lounge chairs, etc. , things I had planned to buy.

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

Paola's Airbnb was just beautiful. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay and clean. Paola is an extremely lovely and helpful person who welcomed us very warmly. Her daughter Veronika was also a great help, gave tips for beautiful beaches and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and the location was also good if you have a rental car. We were only 20 minutes away from the beautiful town of Cagliari and yet the location of the Airbnb was super quiet, so you could relax in the evening. A sweet bonus was the turtle in the garden! :) We were very pleased and thank you again.

Luca is a 5* host, he was at our disposal at any time of the day and night. He welcomed us with typical sweets on the table and water and refreshments in the fridge. The apartment is clean, has air conditioning in all the rooms and is well equipped (we didn't miss anything). Very practical: a market “Euro Spin” at two steps. The balconies couldn't use them because of the weather, but I didn't find them to be too relaxing because of the street noise. Overall, we loved it. Thank you Luca!

Well located accommodation 5 min from the beach by car. Restaurants nearby and 20 min drive to Cagliari. Very good communication with Eficio and he was very helpful so that we could have the accommodation earlier than expected. Very nice stay, I would recommend the accommodation.

Wonderful stay, really beautiful surroundings, a block from a beautiful beach. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they left us a plate of cookies and a bottle of homemade sardinian apertif. Great place if you are looking for privacy. Thank you!
