Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Excellent welcome, hostess available and warm. The apartment ideally located in the city center ( shops, restaurants, historical sites) but quiet, is spacious and very comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness, no problem parking. We had a lovely stay there, I highly recommend it.

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. This lovely appartment has a very, very central location. I would give 6/5 to its location 😉. It is very beautifully furnitured, yet efficiently. It is not big, but has everything two persons can need. The bathroom is modern and very spacious. Thanks to our lovely hostess and her personal touch our stay turned out to exceed all our expectations. ❤️

Great apartment, 7 minute walk to the beach, and very good pizza restaurant and shop nearby. very comfy bed too

Luana and Pietro were extremely friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, all nice and explained as well as check-out, quick and easy. not only Luana sent me a list of to dos but quickly and kindly checked on us. Though we didn't need to, we knew we could reach out to them in case of need. Place was indeed pretty quiet though relatively close to the airport, and close to the center. Building is old but beautifully furnished with modern confort. I can only recommend this place as well as host(s)!!! Thank you both!

We were welcomed by Barbara, who, however, only speaks Italian. We figured it out well. She always responded very quickly. The apartment is great for 2 people. In front of and behind a spacious terrace with good furniture. There were also 2 chairs, bath towels and 1 umbrella for the beach. WiFi is good but streaming is difficult. Neighbors are audible but not irritating. The location is very pleasant, just outside the hustle and bustle but at a very short distance to the city center with restaurants, bars, etc. There are also supermarkets nearby. Parking in front of the door is no problem. In short, recommended!

Enrico’s place was outstanding. It was a great way to end our 14 day adventure in Sardinia. Close to the pedestrian friendly neighbourhood, Botanical Gardens and Roman Amphitheater- the location is perfect. The apartment itself was spotless and very roomy. Excellent communication with host and his recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend staying here 10/10 !!!

I had a lovely long weekend in Alessandro's modern, spacious, and pristinely clean apartment. Alessandro was a very welcoming and responsive host and provided all information relating to the apartment proactively. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very easy to reach (with clear instructions for check-in) and in a perfect location, within walking distance from the train station, Piazza Yenne, and Cagliari's historical attractions and plenty of restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, with a large separate bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen with a big fridge. I just wish I would have had longer there, and hope to come back! Thank you once again!

Very nice apartment in the middle of the old town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Busy during the day (as expected) but surprisingly quiet at night. There is a church directly opposite, so expect some noise from the church bells. Luckily the person who operates them did not work night hours during our stay. :) We didn't meet Francesco in person, but he always responded quickly. No problems at all, would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Fantastic location - very central to the heart of Cagliari. Lots of really great restaurants really close by. The host was very responsive and helpful during the whole process and throughout my stay. Would recommend to others.

The perfect appartment for exploring Cagliari. It's spacious, immaculate, beautifully designed, high quality everything, private terrace, comfy beds, couches (also outside), well equipped kitchen, fabulous showers. We were totally happy with the whole thing. Communication was great through the entire process. There's the best veg/fruit/fish market 15mins walk away, excellent bars & restaurants in abundance all over the city, great museum, beautiful streets to stroll, elegant boutiques, great atmosphere. We'll stay in this appartment next time we visit Cagliari because it's perfect. Michela and Christoph were 5* hosts. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay at Simonetta's place. As seen in the pictures we had a nice view over breakfast on the terrace. Keep in mind that - as you can see in the pictures - the apartment has a sloping roof so you can sometimes collide with your head. We were at the end of September and the pool was not heated and therefore also too cold to go in the water, even at 29 degrees. That was the only thing we were really sorry about. For the rest only positive; good communication with Simonetta, quiet and beautiful area, everything easily accessible (by car). Thank you Simonetta for hospitality!

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

if I could give them 10 stars I would have put them in, there are no words to describe Nicola's hospitality, kindness and availability. The house was perfect! Close to a beautiful little beach available to guests! I recommend everyone to stay here because it's like being at home! People like Nicola are rare to find and we are very happy to have discovered it, what to say, thank you for the beautiful stay, to say that we had a good time is reductive! See you next time ;-)

Small apartment but with everything you need for a couple. Friendly and helpful host. Private pool and very nice beach with amenities 500 meters from the house. One small tip: bigger refrigerator and a few extra kitchen accessories. But this didn't affect the stay.

Had a super nice stay in Carlo's apartment, at the top of the building with a lovely roof terrace and friendly host. Close to the center and the harbor and nice restaurants and bars. I would recommend everyone to stay here
