Townhome vacation rentals in Quartu Sant'Elena

We spent 3 weeks this month of August 2024 , the house is located in a quiet and residential area . We confirm all positive reviews about this listing cleanliness, tidiness, convenience, a very nice house, with a real holiday look. Proximity to shops , pharmacy , and good restaurants, very beautiful beaches ... LOLE is a very kind ,caring and welcoming person who went out of his way to make us have a very nice stay. We highly recommend this rental, without any hesitation .. If you prefer to stay outside of the tourist city center, this is a place to be. Rural area, tinkling of sheep bells in the morning and evening instead of cars honking, watching the milky way on the night sky from the roof, eating outside with a green garden around. That's what we liked, and if you do, then you found the place:) The supermarkets are about 8minutes by car, as well as the restaurants, and it's good location for exploring beaches in the area.

We were received in a very friendly manner personally by Alberto and Stefania. Including welcome gifts :-) The apartment is located in a beautiful, peaceful and private environment. Especially recommended with children! The equipment with towels, beach loungers, parasols, beach chairs, coffee maker, air conditioning in all rooms, .... is very extensive. Breakfast & dinner on the terrace were just a dream! The sea is a minute away. Swimming shoes are recommended if you want to get into the water as it is a pebble beach. Excellent for snorkeling and also if you want to watch the sunset in the evening. The nearest sandy beach (K'ale Moru) is about 15 minutes away by car. The city of Cagliari is about 45 minutes away. A car is recommended, if not necessary, as the apartment is somewhat secluded. We would also recommend a car for excursions to explore Sardinia. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back!

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!

Our second visit to Stesi House. The house is well equipped and it's a maximum 2-minute walk to the beach. A car is an advantage but you can reach the most important places on foot and public transport is also available. Stefano is very friendly and always available. Communication is perfect. We didn't miss anything and we can highly recommend the house.

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Great stay, Fabrizio and Adrianna are very nice and very responsive. As for the accommodation, no complaints, excellent cleanliness, excellent bedding. There is everything you need for the stay, washing machine, dryer, very nice terrace. Regarding the location, for us it was very good for visiting all of Southern Sardinia Honestly, everything is perfect. Thank you again 🙏🏼

Very nice and very well-equipped accommodation. Provisions were present upon arrival. And very responsive owner, I would recommend it without problem.

The property is located in a quiet, gated estate with its own private parking space. Being a family of three, we had plenty of space, as the house can comfortably accommodate two families. The layout is practical and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The house was also very clean. The house has a large terrace overlooking a bird sanctuary and a lagoon. We saw pink flamingos a few times. The neighborhood has a bakery, a pizzeria, and a small shopping complex. We had a very good time here.

We spent two weeks in Stefano's villa with friends. Friendly owner and available for any need. Spectacular sea view both from the terrace and from the kitchen and living room. We found the house very clean, always well-kept garden, comfortable kitchen with everything you need. The nearest beach was 7 minutes by foot, easy to get to Highly recommend!!! Thank you Stefano for your hospitality !

Unfortunately, we could not move into the property as booked and planned, as there was a giant construction site with noise and a lot of dirt right in the townhouse next door. Stefano didn't know about it as the neighbors hadn't informed him before. Stefano responded immediately when he learned about the unfortunate situation and had full understanding of our desire to cancel the reservation. He was totally cooperative, supported us and was very friendly. We can hardly say anything about the house, as we did not move in at all.

Beautiful location, everything as described.

The stay was comfortable, the house was suitable for those traveling with animals , especially the outdoor area. The quiet area, but very close to the village center. The house is equipped with every comfort.
