L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. PLEASE NOTE : THERE IS A 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE NEXT TO THIS ONE THAT YOU SEE ON PICTURES (on the same house), IT HAS SAME SIZE AND SAME PRICE AS THIS ONE, IT'S ALSO LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE GEREMEAS BEACH WITH A SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW.
