Beachfront vacation rentals in Punta Gorda

It was our first family vacation with our 10month old. The location was perfect we were able to take him on multiple walks every day. The island has enough places to eat that if you stock up on your essentials in the beginning of your stay you would never have to leave. It is wonderful

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was very roomy and the kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the pool and spa . The house was like the description which has been an issue for us in the past with some other places not matching up to photos but this one was great ! Was so awesome to have just a short walk to the beach with our group of friends as everyone could come and go as they pleased!

We had an amazing stay here for a month over Christmas & New Year. It was everything we could have asked for. The heated pool was great on the chilly days. Fishing off the dock for catfish was fun. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and everyone is very friendly. Seeing the burrowing owls when out walking was a highlight. Cindy was on hand to resolve the very few issues we encountered within 24 hours. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a good sized gas bbq. Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the main seating area. The beds are large and very comfortable. The cooling system worked well when it was needed, but being winter, the ceiling fans were all we needed most days to keep cool. The pool and gardens are well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a choice of supermarkets in the area. We can't recommend this place enough.

Andy’s house was very comfortable, clean and had a beach feel. The pool is awesome ! We fed the turtles every day from the sand beach he created in the back yard. Very private pool and back yard. Fire pit is very cozy! Hope to go back.

Rick and his wife were great hosts who could not have been more responsive or accommodating. They have clearly put a lot of TLC and thought into the place. There are several picturesque places to sit and relax (in sun or shade) and enjoy the warm gulf breezes. We enjoyed our coffee each morning in chairs looking over the Gulf. Two chase lounges were also provided along with a beach bag, towels & umbrella. The water is viewable from right outside the villa and the beach is a simple, scenic walk on a brick pathway. We left with a number of shark teeth that we found on our beach walks. While the hurricane last fall took some of the lush landscaping, there is still plenty to enjoy. The villa provides a private, romantic getaway with too many amenities to note. We would recommend Dearborn Street for coffee, quaint shops and an amazing farmers market (Thurs - Sun). Also, the Dockside Waterfront Grill and Pop's Sunset Grill were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return!

Great host, the house was clean and beautiful. Maraia was so attentive, reapinseive and considerate. Loved the house it is beautiful inside and having the wagers there was so helpful. Great experience and will come again.

This place is amazing! We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean and had everything you would need! Beds were very comfortable as well as the seating in the living room. The pool was heated and was great for lounging in the sun. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Great location and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two of the bedrooms in the apartment for some separation. Joanne was very responsive to our questions and concerns about possible hurricane damage (none in the house). Beautiful view of Lemon Bay and short walk to the beach. We were even able to bring our boat!

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

The house was newly renovated and had very nice appliances. Everything was beautifully updated. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub were very relaxing and clean. The backyard was very zen. Really enjoyed all the extras and David was a great communicater

It's a nice house with big bedrooms and bathrooms, centrally located in the island's neighborhood, so you can quickly get to either side of the island. We had a few minor issues, but Amy always responded quickly and got the problem fixed as soon as possible.

Our stay at Tom’s Airbnb in Fort Myers was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Tom’s kindness and hospitality. The place itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—such a great way to unwind after a long day. We also loved the stunning views and all the thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the well-stocked bathroom to the little extras like ziplock bags and laundry detergent. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making sure guests have everything they need. On top of that, Tom was an amazing host—super responsive and always available to answer any questions, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to visit again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Fort Myers!

10 of 10, Coral Breeze is beautiful inside and out. we loved our stay. The home is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The lanai and pool area are amazing, we loved every minute. It's your own mini resort! Diane was extremely helpful and kind helping us figure out the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and our beds were comfy. Thank you for making our Florida vacation so memorable!

What a lovely place. Everything was great and as described. We arrived on bikes and Timothy met us and had a place to store our bikes. We hope to make this an annual trip and would definitely stay there again. Communication was always prompt, the house was squeaky clean , well stocked, and above all, the neighborhood was quiet but yet within walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

What can I say about this place?! It was even BETTER than the pictures. Valerie was an accommodating host, going above and beyond for my family when a travel mishap occurred. I am so grateful for her flexibility and quick responsiveness. The place was immaculate upon arrival and had all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend her place for a stay and will definitely be booking with her again when we come back. She made the stay smooth and enjoyable despite some travel delays!

Awesome location, located right in between the Gulf and bay! The unit was nicely remodeled, had comfortable furniture and had a beachy vibe. Englewood was hit pretty hard by 2 hurricanes recently, so things are not back to normal, including the deeded beach access and bay access. We're also hosts in Englewood, so we're very understanding of that and it didn't stop us from enjoying the place!

I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again. Mike answered all of my questions and got back right away. Nice having everything you needed for the beach and bikes.

Great experience, we will return. The amenities and supplies were well thought out and generous! I did not want for a single thing. Even extra poopie bags for my pup! The local was friendly and SAFE; we felt as though we were among friends. Debi, our host, was immediately responsive and helpful with any small question. And the pink flamingo decor was perfect and added to the whole experience! Thank you, Debi!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Turtle Nest retreat. It was nicely furnished and fully supplied with items needed. The view of the water and sunsets were amazing. Dana was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Turtle Nest Resort!

Dear Jeff Thanks for hosting us. Even though the hurrican helene hit this area so hard, you made us feel safe and at home! We enjoyed the lonely beach walks and collecting sea shells. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly. Especially Matt and Peppy. They were always there for a nice chat or a helping hand (our car ran out of battery). We enjoyed every second of our stay!
