New modern and chic apartment in a great location [museums]

The accommodation is exterior and bright. Equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, open to the living room and dining room, fully equipped with a wide variety of appliances such as a microwave, blender, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, iron (and ironing board), washing machine. The living room is very nice with a sofa bed and a 4K Smart TV, flat screen. Bed linen and towels are included. Free WIFI. Minimum booking 2 days. We will be happy to assist you from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Next to the historic center and the Heliodoro Rodríguez López Stadium. This apartment is also close to García Sanabria Municipal Park and less than 1.5 km from the Auditorium and César Manrique Maritime Park. Las Teresitas is a 15-minute drive away. It is ideal for exploring the city by foot. Good bus and taxi connections, and near a tram stop. There is a 24-hour public parking lot just a few meters from the apartment.

The place was really nicely designed with plenty of space. Most of all, however, it was quiet, although you live in the city center, which was really great, as everything was super within walking distance. The apartment is super clean and the bed and everything is made you feel like you are in a hotel. We were also very lucky with the parking. We also got great recommendations from Carmen. We were completely satisfied and would always like to come back!

The arrival at this place was a surprise for my children and it had a very nice effect when they discovered the ocean as far as the eye can see, perched in this pretty cozy nest. On the first night we were all captivated by the sunset, unfortunately slightly hidden by a few clouds. We don't choose the weather😀. It went very well, the equipment is complete and you feel at home quickly. My only regret: not having earlier my stay to be able to book more than two days. This may be for a future opportunity because we will not hesitate to return!

Everything was wonderful and met expectations exactly. The location of the apartment is particularly beautiful with the view of the sea including the sound of waves. Although the complex is located on the north side of the island and no direct sunlight takes place, the apartment is bright and the sunset is wonderfully visible from the balcony around the corner. All the views and views are beautiful. A parking space for the rental car was always nearby. In addition to the sufficient equipment, many things such as oil, spices, coffee and cleaning supplies were available in the kitchen. At the bottom of the harbor or Starnd, about 5 minutes away on foot, next to a pharmacy and restaurants , there is a small mini market with fresh food and everything you have otherwise forgotten. All in all highly recommended! Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday in Alberto's apartment. The location is incredible and morning coffee watching the mountains and the sea was a joy . We went hiking everyday as there are so many trails and they are well sign posted. Some great places to eat nearby but in March they close at 5pm . The apartment needs a little love but the location makes you forget this . Alberto was a great host and very very helpful , he was always available. We would stay here again . Thank you Alberto x We had a wonderful vacation in Alberto's apartment. The location is amazing and having a coffee in the morning watching the mountains and the sea was a joy (. We did hiking every day because there are many trails and they are well signposted. Some fantastic places to eat nearby, but in March they close at 5 p.m. The apartment needs a little love but the location makes you forget this . Alberto was a great host and very, very helpful, was always available.
